Abstract

PURPOSE: To utilize vapor pressure for electricity generation and to prevent environmental pollution by a method wherein waste product is gasified, the gas is mixed with electrolytic oxygen gas or, as required, hydrogen gas, and is combusted, and atomized water is jetted into the flame.
CONSTITUTION: Waste product is all gasified, to which oxygen and hydrogen gas is added. A combustion chamer is installed at one corner of a tank, where a combustion pipe is installed. At the outlet of the pipe, a combustion part is installed. Electrolytic oxygen and hydrogen gas are jetted close to the combustion part and is ignited. Then, the flame reaches up to 25,000 calories, and the temperature to 1,000°C. Almost all gas burns completely. Atomized water is jetted to the high- temperature part. This lowers the temperature but increases vapor generation. The vapor is used to actuate a generator connected to a turbine installed at the outlet to produce electricity, the energy of which is used for electrolysis. Thus, waste product works as special thermal energy, permitting power generation of 20kW for 5hr per 10kg waste product.
