Abstract
Det er tilveiebragt et apparat for å blande en oksygeninneholdende gass, f.eks. luft, med avløpsgass fra en forbrenningsmotor som drives ved hjelp av flytende petroleumgass (LPG), og blandingen blir matet til en katalysatorkonverter for å redusere nivået av karbonmono-oksid i eksosgassen. Apparatet omfatter en første kanal (13) for å mate avløpsgassen til en katalysatorkonverter. (9), og en andre kanal som har en lukket ende (17) som strekker seg tverrgående inn i den første kanalen for å mate luft som blandes med avløpsgassen. En åpnlngs-innretning (18) er anordnet i veggen til den andre kanalen (16) for å tillate luft som pumpes under trykk å slippe inn i den andre kanalen (16), idet pumpingen skjer ved hjelp av en motordrevet pumpe (4), slik at luften strammer inn og blandes med avløpsgassen.
