Abstract

En rensepigg (10) for bruk i en rørledning ved bevegelse av piggen gjennom ledningen drevet av fluidstrmning i denne. Denne rensepigg har form av et sylinderformet legeme (12) med grunne strømningskanaler (20) utformet i skrueformet nønsterå pigglegemets sylinderformede utside (14). Et langstrakt smalt børstelegeme (22) er anordnet i hver av strømnings-kanalene, og hver av børstelegemene er utstyrt med børstebust (26) som strekker seg hovedsakelig radialt utover fra rør-legenet (12). Bredden av børstelegemene er mindre enn bredden av strømningskanalene, således at det dannes fluidstrømnings-passasjer (20A, 20B) i hver av kanalene og som tillater fluid å strømme forbi rensepiggen (10) når den drives gjennom en rørledning, for derved å kunne skylle med seg avfall som er børstet bort fra rørledningens sidevegg til forsider, av piggen, således at avfallet vil bli ført ut av rørledningen.
