Abstract
Det er beskrevet et additiv, dets anvendelse og en fremgangsmåte for inhibering av korrosjon på innretninger for utvinning og transport av hydrokarboner innenfor råoljeutvinning- og bearbeiding, idet en virksom mengde av en inhibitor tilsettes som inneholder to ganger alkoksylerte kvartære ammoniumforbindelser. Det anvendes forbindelser med formel (1), hvori R1, R2 uavhengig av hverandre betyr rester av formlene -(B)-(O-A)n-O-CO-R5 (2) eller -(A-O)n-(C)-CO-O-R5 (3); R3 betyr C1- til C30-alkyl eller C2- til C30-alkenyl; R4 betyr en eventuelt heteroatomholdig organisk rest med 1 til 100 karbonatomer; R5 betyr C1- til C30-alkyl eller C2- til C30-alkenyl; n betyr et tall fra 1 til 20; A betyr en C2- til C4-alkylengruppe; B betyr en C1-C10-alkylengruppe; C betyr en C1- til C6-alkylengruppe og X betyr et anion, som korrosjonsinhibitorer.
Description
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører et additiv og en anvendelse av dette for korrosjonsinhibering på innretninger for utvinning og transport av hydrokarboner innenfor råoljeutvinning og -bearbeiding.
I tekniske prosesser hvorved metaller kommer i kontakt med vann eller også med olje-vann-tofasesystemer består faren for korrosjon. Spesielt i saltvannsystemer, som forekommer ved råoljeutvinning- og bearbeidelsesprosesser, er denne faren spesielt utpreget. Uten spesielle additiver for beskyttelse av de anvendte utrustningene er utnyttelsen av en forekomst og bearbeidelsen av råoljen ikke mulig.
Slike korrosjonsbeskyttelsesmidler har riktignok lenge vært kjent, imidlertid er de i mange henseender ikke optimale. Mange produkter, for eksempel amider/imidazoliner av fettsyrer og polyaminer er for oljeoppløselige og således bare til stede i lav konsentrasjon i den korrosive vannfasen på grunn av dårlig fordelingslikevekt (fordeling). Følgelig er disse bare lite egnede som korrosjonsbeskyttelsesmidler eller bare virksomme ved høy dosering.
DE-A-199 30 683 beskriver amidaminer/imidazoliner, som oppnås ved omsetning av alkylpolyglykoleterkarboksylsyrer med polyaminer, og som på grunn av strukturen har en meget god vannoppløselighet og dermed ved god fordeling har forbedret korrosj onsbeskyttelse.
Kvartære alkylammoniumforbindelser (kvats) utgjør alternative korrosjonsbeskyttelsesmidler innenfor teknikkens stand, som ved siden av de korrosj onsinhiberende egenskapene også har biostatiske egenskaper. På tross av en forbedret vannoppløselighet viser kvats, for eksempel sammenlignet med imidazoliner, en tydelig redusert filmholdbarhet og fører følgelig likeledes bare i høyere dosering til en effektiv korrosj onsbeskyttelse. Videre begrenser den dårlige biologiske nedbrytbarheten deres anvendelse i økologisk sensitive anvendelsesområder.
US-5 523 433 beskriver forbindelser med formelen
hvori Ra og R<b>kan stå for C12- til C22-alkylrester og R<1>og R2 kan stå for Ci- til C4-alkylrester. Dokumentet beskriver egnetheten av slike forbindelser som bestanddel av mykningsmidler.
EP-B-0 736 130, EP-B-0 824 631, US-5 648 575 og WO-99/13197 beskriver fremgangsmåter for inhibering av gasshydrater under anvendelse av alkoksylerte alkylammoniumforbindelser.
US-6 025 302 beskriver polyeteraminammoniumforbindelser som gasshydratinhibitorer, hvor ammoniumnitrogenatomet ved siden av polyeteraminkjeden bærer 3 akylsubstituenter.
WO-00/78 706 beskriver kvartære ammoniumforbindelser som imidlertid ikke bærer karbonylrester. Anvendelsen som korrosjonsinhibitorer beskrives ikke.
Oppgaven for den foreliggende oppfinnelse var følgelig å finne nye korrosjonsinhibitorer som ved konstant god og forbedret korrosjonsbeskyttelse, ved siden av en optimalisert vannoppløselighet, gir raskere filmdannelse og derved forbedret filmholdbarhet, samt også en forbedret biologisk nedbrytbarhet sammenlignet med korrosjonsinhibitorene ifølge teknikkens stand.
Det er nå overraskende funnet at to ganger N-alkoksylerte og karbonylerte ammoniumsalter oppviser utmerket virkning som korrosjonsinhibitorer, samt forbedret filmholdbarhet og god biologisk nedbrytbarhet.

Inhibitorene kan anvendes i forbindelse med en fremgangsmåte for inhibering av korrosjon på metalloverflater, spesielt av jernholdige metaller, ved at et korrosivt system, som står i kontakt med metalloverflatene tilsettes minst en forbindelse med formel 1.
Korrosive systemer i forbindelse med foreliggende oppfinnelse er fortrinnsvis flytende/flytende henholdsvis flytende/gassformige-flerfasesystemer, bestående av vann og hydrokarboner, som i fri og/eller oppløst form inneholder korrosive bestanddeler, som salter og syrer. De korrosive bestanddelene kan også være gassformige, som for eksempel hydrogensulfid og karbondioksid. Hydrokarboner i forbindelse med foreliggende oppfinnelse er organiske forbindelser som er bestanddeler av råolje/naturgass, og deres følgeprodukter.
A kan være rettkjedet eller forgrenet og står fortrinnsvis for en etylen- eller propylengruppe, spesielt en etylengruppe. Ved de ved (A-0)n betegnede alkoksygruppene kan det også dreie seg om blandede alkoksygrupper.
C kan være rettkjedet eller forgrenet og står fortrinnsvis for en C2- til C4-alkylengruppe, spesielt for en metylen- eller etylengruppe.
n står fortrinnsvis for et tall mellom 2 og 6.
R<5>står fortrinnsvis for en alkyl- eller alkenylgruppe med 2 til 24 karbonatomer, spesielt 4 til 12 karbonatomer.
R<3>står fortrinnsvis for en alkyl- eller alkenylgruppe med 2 til 12 karbonatomer, spesielt for slike grupper med 4 til 8 karbonatomer og spesielt for butyl-grupper.
R<4>kan være en hvilken som helst organisk rest som inneholder 1 til 100 C-atomer og som kan inneholde heteroatomer. Inneholder R<4>heteroatomer, så dreier det seg fortrinnsvis om nitrogen- eller oksygenatomer eller begge, fortrinnsvis om begge. Nitrogenatomene kan foreligge i kvaternert form.
I en spesielt foretrukket utførelsesform tilsvarer R<4>en rest av formel (4)
hvori bindingen til nitrogenatomet til formel 1 foregår over den frie valensen av (CH2)k-gruppen. I formel (4) er R<6>en rest av formelen
eller Ci- til C3o-alkyl eller C2- til C3o-alkenyl, i hvert tilfelle med de ovenfor for A, n, R<3>og R<5>angitte foretrukne områdene, k står for 2 eller 3, R<1>og R<3>har den ovenfor angitte betydningene.
Som motioner X er alle ioner egnede, som ikke påvirker løseligheten av forbindelsene med formel (1) i de korrosive organisk-vandige blandingsfasene. Slike motioner er eksempelvis metylsulfationer (metosulfat) eller halogenidioner.
Spesielt foretrukne forbindelser (angitt uten motioner) tilsvarer formlene (5) og (8)
Forbindelsene ifølge oppfinnelsen kan anvendes alene eller i kombinasjon med andre, kjente korrosjonsinhibitorer. Generelt anvender man så mye av korrosjonsinhibitorene ifølge oppfinnelsen at man under de gitte betingelsene oppnår en tilstrekkelig korrosj onsbeskyttelse.
Foretrukne anvendelseskonsentrasjoner, relativt til den rene forbindelsen ifølge oppfinnelsen, er 5 til 5000 ppm, fortrinnsvis 10 til 1000, spesielt 15 til 150 ppm.
Spesielt egnede som korrosjonsinhibitorer er også blandinger av produktene ifølge oppfinnelsen med andre korrosjonsinhibitorer kjente fra litteraturen, som amidaminer og/eller imidazoliner fra fettsyrer og polyaminer og deres salter, kvartære ammoniumsalter, oksetylerte/okspropylerte aminer, amfoglycinater og -propionater, betainer eller forbindelser beskrevet i DE-A-19 930 683.
Forbindelsene ifølge oppfinnelsen kan følgelig fremstilles ved at man omsetter alkoksylerte alkylaminer, henholdsvis alkylaminoalkylenaminer, med monoklorkarboksylsyrer til de tilsvarende eterkarboksylsyrene og deretter forestrer med alkanoler. På den annen side kan de alkoksylerte monoalkylaminene, henholdsvis alkylamino-alkylenaminer, omsettes direkte med karboksylsyrer og deres derivater, som anhydrider, karboksylsyreklorider, henholdsvis deres estere, til esteren ifølge oppfinnelsen. Deretter foregår kvarterneringen med egnede alkyleringsmidler.
Fremstillingen av alkoksylerte alkylaminer, henholdsvis alkylaminoalkylenaminer, er beskrevet innen teknikkens stand.
Basis for de anvendte alkoksylerte alkylaminene er alkylaminer med Ci- til C30-alkylrester eller C2- til C3o-alkenylrester, fortrinnsvis C3- til Cg-alkylaminer. Egnede alkylaminer er eksempelvis n-butylamin, isobutylamin, pentylamin, heksylamin, oktylamin, cyklopentylamin, cykloheksylamin.
Basis for de alkoksylerte alkylaminoalkylenaminene er aminoalkylenaminer med Ci- til C3o-alkylrester eller C2- til C3o-alkenylrester og k = 2 eller 3. Egnede aminoalkylenaminer er eksempelvis fettalkylpropylendiaminer som talgfettpropylendiamin, stearylpropylendiamin, oleylpropylendiamin, laurylpropylendiamin, dodecylpropylendiamin og oktylpropylendiamin.
Alkylaminene henholdsvis alkylaminoalkylenaminene omsettes generelt med etylenoksid, propylenoksid, butylenoksid eller blandinger av forskjellige slike alkylenoksider, hvorved etylenoksid eller blandinger av etylenoksid og propylenoksid er foretrukket. Relativt til alkylamin, henholdsvis alkylaminoalkylenamin, anvendes 1 - 40 mol alkylenoksid, fortrinnsvis 1-12 mol.
Alkoksyleringen foregår i stoff, men kan også gjennomføres i oppløsning. Egnede oppløsningsmidler for alkoksylering er inerte derivater, som dioksan, tetrahydrofuran, glym, diglym og MPEG'er.
Generelt gjennomføres alkoksyleringen i første reaksjonsskritt ukatalysert inntil > 95 vekt-% tert.-nitrogen. Høyerealkoksylering foregår etter tilsats av basiske forbindelser som katalysatorer. Som basiske forbindelser kan det anvendes jordalkali-/alkalimetallhydroksider eller -alkoholater (natriummetylat, natriumetylat, kalium-tert-butylat), foretrukket er imidlertid alkalimetallhydroksider, spesielt natriumhydroksid eller kaliumhydroksid.
For fremstillingen av forbindelsene ifølge oppfinnelsen blir, i etterfølgende reaksjonstrinn, amin-oksetylatblandingene omsatt med et klorkarboksylsyrederivat og en base, fortrinnsvis tørt kloreddiksyrenatriumsalt og natriumhydroksid. Dette kan skje ved at oksetylatblandingen omsettes med 100 til 150 mol-% natriumkloracetat ved 30 til 100°C og blandes samtidig etter hverandre med fast natriumhydroksid eller kaliumhydroksid, slik at summen av den i oksetylatblandingen allerede foreliggende basen og den i tillegg tilsatte basemengden tilsvarer mengden av natriumkloracetat. Den fra omsetningen med alkylenoksid allerede inneholdte basemengden kan dermed utnyttes direkte for den etterfølgende Williamsonsyntesen og må ikke vaskes ut, som ved syntesen av standard-oksetylatet.
I tilknytning til alkoksyleringsreaksjonen overføres de alkoksylerte amin-eterkarboksylsyre-/alkalisaltene til den frie eterkarboksylsyren. For dette formål surgjøres med sterk mineralsyre (saltsyre, svovelsyre) til pH < 3 og eterkarboksylsyren adskilles ved faseadskillelse over mattingspunktet i varm tilstand som øvre fase.
Den etterfølgende forestringen av de alkoksylerte amin-eterkarboksylsyrene foregår generelt ved direkte omsetning av den frie syren med tilsvarende alkoholer ved temperaturer på 100 - 200°C, hvorved reaksjonsvannet fjernes destillativt. Forestringen kan akselereres ved tilsats av egnede sure katalysatorer med en pKa-verdi på mindre enn eller lik 5 eller ved utrotasjon av reaksjonsvannet med egnede oppløsningsmidler. Egnede katalysatorer er eksempelvis sulfonsyre og alkylstannansyrer.
For forestringen av de alkoksylerte amin-eterkarboksylsyrene anvendes alkoholer med C4- til C3o-alkylrester eller C4- til C3o-alkenylrester, fortrinnsvis fettalkoholer. Egnede alkoholer utgjør eksempelvis 2-etylheksanol, oktanol, dekanol, laurylalkohol, palmitylalkohol, stearylalkohol og oleylalkohol.
Forbindelsene ifølge oppfinnelsen kan også fremstilles ved forestring av amin-oksetylatblandinger med karboksylsyrer og deres derivater, som karboksylsyreklorider, karboksylsyreanhydrider og karboksylsyreestere. Forestringen med frie karboksylsyrer foregår ved temperaturer på 100 - 200 °C, hvorved reaksjonsvannet fjernes destillativt. Forestringen kan akselereres ved tilsats av egnede sure katalysatorer med en pKa-verdi på mindre enn eller lik 5 eller ved utrotasjon av reaksjonsvannet med egnede oppløsningsmidler. Egnede karboksylsyrer utgjør eddiksyre, propionsyre, kapronsyre, kaprylsyre, 2-etylheksansyre og fettsyrer, henholdsvis deres anhydrider, metylestere og klorider.
Fremstillingen av forbindelsene ifølge oppfinnelsen foregår så ved kvarternering av de tertiære nitrogenatomene med et egnet alkoksyleringsmiddel ved 50 til 150 °C. Egnede alkyleringsmidler utgjør alkylhalogenider og alkylsulfatene, fortrinnsvis metylenklorid, butylbromid og dimetylsulfat.
Eksempler:
a) Generell fremgangsmåte for fremstillingen av alkoksylerte amin-eterkarboksylsyrer
I et røre apparat anbringes 2 mol av det tilsvarende alkoksylerte aminet, henholdsvis 1 mol av det tilsvarende alkoksylerte diaminet (i henhold til OH-tall) under nitrogenspyling og oppvarmes til 40°C. Deretter innføres 650 g (4,8 mol) natriumkloracetat for alkoksylerte monoaminer, henholdsvis 488 g (3,6 mol) natriumkloracetat for alkoksylerte diaminer, og reaksjonsblandingen oppvarmes til 50°C. Etter i hvert tilfelle 30 minutter tilsettes 192 g (4,8 mol), henholdsvis 144 g (3,6 mol), NaOH-mikropriller i 6 porsjoner på en slik måte at temperaturen ikke overskrider 55°C. Det etterreageres i 2 timer ved 70°C. Deretter ble det tilsatt 10% saltsyre inntil en pH < 3 ble oppnådd. Blandingen ble så oppvarmet til 95°C og overført til en oppvarmbar røreapparat med bunnutløp. Faseadskillelsen foregikk etter 15 minutter ved 105 - 108°C. Den vandige, nedre fasen ble kastet. Ved produkter som ikke lar seg adskille ved oppvarming over blakkingspunktet, ble reaksjonsvannet fjernet destillativt og det derved utfelte saltet ble frafiltrert.
Eksempel 1 (n-butylamin + 6 EO-ECS)
Fra 699 g n-butylamin + 6 EO (OH-tall: 321,1 mg KOH/g) ble det oppnådd 970 g n-butylamin + 6 EO-ECS med SZ (syretall) = 221,5 mg KOH/g (tilsvarende 91,9% omsetning) og bas.-N = 3,00%.
Eksempel 2 (Caprylamin + 6 EO-ECS)
Fra 801 g kaprylamin + 6 EO (OH-tall: 280,1 mg KOH/g) ble det oppnådd 1045 g caprylamin + 6 EO-ECS med SZ (syretall) = 200,9 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 92,5% omsetning) og bas.-N = 2,69%.
Eksempel 3 (Kaprylamin + 10 EO-ECS)
Fra 1147 g kaprylamin + 10 EO (OH-tall: 195,7 mg KOH/g) ble det oppnådd 1412 g kaprylamin + 10 EO-ECS med SZ (syretall) = 144,9 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 89,0% omsetning) og bas.-N = 1,90%.
Eksempel 4 (Talgfett-propylendiamin +10 EO-ECS)
Fra 768 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 10 EO (OH-tall: 219,2 mg KOH/g) ble det oppnådd 970 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 10 EO-ECS med SZ (syretall) = 156,7 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 87,7% omsetning) og bas.-N = 2,88%.
Eksempel 5 (talgfett-propylendiamin + 25 EO-ECS)
Fra 1316 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 25 EO (OH-tall: 127,9 mg KOH/g) ble det oppnådd 1700 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 25 EO-ECS med SZ (syretall) = 85,0 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 84,0% omsetning) og bas.-N = 1,49%.
Eksempel 6 (talgfett-propylendiamin + 30 EO-ECS)
Fra 1699 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 30 EO (OH-tall: 99,1 mg KOH/g) ble det oppnådd 2043 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 30 EO-ECS med SZ (syretall) = 66,5 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 80,9% omsetning) og bas.-N = 1,30%.
Eksempel 7 (talgfett-propylendiamin + 35 EO-ECS)
Fra 1919 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 35 EO (OH-tall: 87,7 mg KOH/g) ble det oppnådd 2301 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 35 EO-ECS med SZ (syretall) = 63,2 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 85,5% omsetning) og bas.-N = 1,19%.
Eksempel 8 (lauryl-propylendiamin +10 EO-ECS)
Fra 673 g lauryl-propylendiamin + 10 EO (OH-tall: 250,0 mg KOH/g) ble det oppnådd 1071 g lauryl-propylendiamin + 10 EO-ECS med SZ (syretall) = 149,2 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 90,5% omsetning) og bas.-N = 2,54%.
Eksempel 9 (lauryl-propylendiamin + 30 EO-ECS)
Fra 1639 g lauryl-propylendiamin + 30 EO (OH-tall: 102,7 mg KOH/g) ble det oppnådd 1964 g lauryl-propylendiamin + 30 EO-ECS med SZ (syretall) = 82,3 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 97,1% omsetning) og bas.-N = 1,40%.
b) Generell fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av alkoksylerte amin-eterkarboksylsyrealkylestere
I en røreapparatur ble det anbrakt 1 mol henholdsvis 0,5 mol (i henhold til SZ (syretall)) av den tilsvarende alkoksylerte alkylamin- henholdsvis alkylendiamin-eterkarboksylsyren under nitrogenspyling og blandet med overskudd (ca. 1,5 mol ekvivalenter pr. karboksylsyrefunksjon) alkohol. Etter tilsats av 0,5 vekt-% FASCAT 4100 (butylstannansyre) ble blandingen oppvarmet til 100°C til 180°C, hvorved reaksjonsvannet ble avdestillert. Etter en reaksjonstid på 8 timer henholdsvis oppnåelse av et syretall på SZ < 5 mg KOH/g ble omsetningen avsluttet og overskytende alkohol, henholdsvis restvann, ble fjernet destillativt i vakuum.
Eksempel 10 (n-butylamin + 6 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester)
Fra 507 g n-butylamin + 6-EO-ECS og 391 g 2-etylheksanol ble det oppnådd 707 g butylamin + 6 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester med SZ (syretall) = 4,1 mg KOH/g og VZ (forsåpningstall) = 158,1 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 97,4% omsetning).
Eksempel 11 (Kaprylamin + 6 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester)
Fra 559 g kaprylamin + 6 EO-ECS og 391 g 2-etylheksanol ble det oppnådd 738 g kaprylamin + 6 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester med SZ (syretall) = 4,1 mg KOH/g og VZ (forsåpningstall) = 147,0 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 97,8% omsetning).
Eksempel 12 (Kaprylamin + 10 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester)
Fra 774 g kaprylamin + 10 EO-ECS og 391 g 2-etylheksanol ble det oppnådd 999 g kaprylamin + 10 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester med SZ (syretall) = 4,8 mg KOH/g og VZ (forsåpningstall) = 114,1 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 95,8% omsetning).
Eksempel 13 (talgfett-propylendiamin +10 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester)
Fra 537 g talgfett-propylendiamin +10 EO-ECS og 293 g 2-etylheksanol ble det oppnådd 688 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 10 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester med SZ (syretall) = 4,7 mg KOH/g og VZ (forsåpningstall) = 121,3 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 96,1% omsetning).
Eksempel 14 (talgfett-propylendiamin + 25 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester)
Fra 990 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 25 EO-ECS og 293 g 2-etylheksanol ble det oppnådd 1068 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 25 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester med SZ (syretall) = 6,7 mg KOH/g og VZ (forsåpningstall) = 74,6 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 91,0% omsetning).
Eksempel 15 (talgfett-propylendiamin + 30 EO-etylheksyl-ECS-ester)
Fra 1266 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 30 EO-ECS og 293 g 2-etylheksanol ble det oppnådd 1374 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 30 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester med SZ (syretall) = 3,5 mg KOH/g og VZ (forsåpningstall) = 61,7 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 94,3% omsetning).
Eksempel 16 (talgfett-propylendiamin + 35 EO-dodecyl-ECS-ester)
Fra 1332 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 35 EO-ECS og 419 g laurylalkohol ble det oppnådd 1523 g talgfett-propylendiamin + 35 EO-2-dodecyl-ECS-ester med SZ (syretall) = 4,9 mg KOH/g og VZ (forsåpningstall) = 54,2 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 90,9% omsetning).
Eksempel 17 (lauryl-propylendiamin + 10 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester)
Fra 564 g lauryl-propylendiamin +10 EO-ECS og 293 g 2-etylheksanol ble det oppnådd 703 g lauryl-propylendiamin + 10 EO-2-etylheksyl-ECS-ester med SZ (syretall) = 3,6 mg KOH/g og VZ (forsåpningstall) = 117,9 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 96,9% omsetning).
Eksempel 18 (lauryl-propylendiamin + 30 EO-dodecyl-ECS-ester)
Fra 1023 g lauryl-propylendiamin + 30 EO-ECS og 419 g laurylalkohol ble det oppnådd 1213 g lauryl-propylendiamin + 30 EO-dodecyl-ECS-ester med SZ (syretall) = 6,0 mg KOH/g og VZ (forsåpningstall) = 66,8 mg KOH/g (tilsvarer 91,0% omsetning). c) Generell fremgangsmåte for kvaternering av de alkoksylerte amin-eterkarboksylsyrealkylesterne,
I en røreapparatur ble det anbrakt 0,5 mol (i henhold til VZ (forsåpnings)-tall) av den tilsvarende alkoksylerte amin-eterkarboksylsyrealkylesteren,
under nitrogenspyling og oppvarmet til 60°C. Til dette ble det tildryppet 0,4 mol dimetylsulfat slik at reaksjonstemperaturen ikke overskred 80 - 90°C. Reaksjonsblandingen ble deretter etteromrørt i 3 timer ved 90°C. Ifølge denne fremgangsmåten ble forbindelsene beskrevet ved eksemplene 10 til 30 kvaternisert (Eksempler 31 til 51, som oppført i Tabell 1 og 2).Vurder ovenstående!!!!!
Virksomhet av forbindelser ifølge oppfinnelsen som korrosjonsinhibitorer
Forbindelsene ifølge oppfinnelsen ble undersøkt som korrosjonsinhibitorer i Shell-wheel-testen. Stykker av C-stål (DIN 1.1203 med 15 cm<2>overflater) ble dykket inn i en saltvann/petroleumsblanding (9:1,5% NaCl-oppløsning med eddiksyre innstilt på pH 3,5) og ved en omløpshastighet på 40 opm ved 70°C utsatt for dette mediet i 24 timer. Doseringen av inhibitoren utgjorde 50 ppm av en 40% oppløsning av inhibitoren. Beskyttelsesverdiene ble beregnet fra massefjernelsen av stykkene, relativt til en blindverdi.
I de følgende tabellene angir "Sammenligning" et restamin-kvat på basis av dikokosalkyl-dimetylammoniumklorid (korrosjonsinhibitor ifølge teknikkens stand).
Produktene undersøkes dessuten i LPR-test (Forsøksbetingelser analogt ASTM D 2776).
Som det fremgår av forsøksresultatene ovenfor, oppviser produktene ifølge oppfinnelsen meget gode korrosjonsbeskyttelsesegenskaper ved lav dosering. Forbindelsene er biokjemisk nedbrytbare, som vist i det følgende.

Anvendelse av forbindelser med formel 1

R<3>er Ci- til C30-alkyl eller C2- til C30-alkenyl
R<4>er en organisk rest med 1 til 100 karbonatomer som eventuelt inneholder
heteroatomer,
R<5>er Ci - til C30-alkyl eller C2- til C30-alkenyl
n er et tall fra 1 til 20
A er en C2- til C4-alkylengruppe
B betyr en Ci-til Cio-alkylengruppe
C er en Ci- til C6-alkylengruppe og
X er et anion,
som korrosjonsinhibitorer.

Anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvor A er en etylen- eller propylengruppe.

Anvendelse ifølge ett eller flere av kravene 1 og/eller 2, hvor C er en C2- til C4-alkylengruppe.

Anvendelse ifølge ett eller flere av kravene 1 til 3, hvor n er et tall mellom 2 og 6.

Anvendelse ifølge ett eller flere av kravene 1 til 4, hvor R<5>er en alkyl- eller alkenylgruppe med 2 til 24 karbonatomer.

Anvendelse ifølge ett eller flere av kravene 1 til 5, hvor R<3>står for en alkyl- eller alkenylgruppe på 2 til 12 karbonatomer.
