Abstract
Anordning til lagring og transport av flytendegjort naturgass (LNG) i en tank (2). I tanken fås det et LNG-avkok som strømmer til en kompressor (12) og deretter til en varmeveksler (20). Varmeveksleren (20) blir tilført et kjølemiddel, som strømmer i en krets av et kjøleanlegg (26), og som skaffer en kondensering av en bestanddel av avkoket. Mellom tanken (2) og kompressoren (12) er det anordnet en ytterligere varmeveksler (110) som også blir tilført kjølemiddel fra kjøleanlegget (26), og som kjøler avkok som strømmer fra tanken (2) til kompressoren (12).
Description
Oppfinnelsen angår en anordning til lagring og transport av flytendegjort naturgass (LNG) i en tank hvor det fås et avkok som strømmer fra tanken til en kompressor og deretter til en varmeveksler, som blir tilført et kjølemiddel fra et kjøleanlegg, og som skaffer en kondensering av en bestanddel av avkoket.
Oppfinnelsen er basert på den anordning som er vist og beskrevet i NO 305525 og den internasjonale søknad nr. NO98/000888 tilhørende den samme søker. Det skal forstås at fremstillingen av dette patentskrift eller internasjonale søknad skal inngå som en del av fremstillingen av oppfinnelsen og at det i den følgende beskrivelse av oppfinnelsen derfor bare behøver å bli beskrevet de bestanddeler av den internasjonale søknads anordning som direkte er tilsluttet oppfinnelsen.
Andre kjente lignende anlegg er beskrevet i NO 17532 og US 6672104.
NO 175392 beskriver et anlegg med mellomtrykksbeholder, noe som er et prinsipp som har lenge har vært brukt i kjøleanlegg. Mellomtrykksbeholderen kjøler riktignok avkoket men på en helt annen måte og på et annet sted i prosessen enn det som er tilfellet med anordningen i henhold til oppfinnelsen.
US 6672104 beskriver et anlegg for kondensering av en gassblanding hvor hensikten i tillegg til kondenseringen er å endre sammensetningen slik at denne etter kondensering blir likeverdig eller identisk med en annen gassblanding som befinner seg på nedstrømssiden.
Hensikten med oppfinnelsen er å forbedre den ovennevnte anordning for oppnåelse av en optimal drift av denne.
Denne hensikt blir ifølge oppfinnelsen oppnådd ved en anordning til lagring og transport av flytendegjort naturgass (LNG) i en tank hvor det fås et avkok som strømmer fra tanken til en kompressor og deretter til en varmeveksler, som blir tilført et kjølemiddel fra et kjøleanlegg, og som skaffer en kondensering av en bestanddel av avkoket, at det mellom tanken og kompressoren er anordnet en ytterligere varmeveksler som likeledes blir tilført kjølemiddel fra kjøleanlegget, og som kjøler, men ikke kondenserer avkoket, som strømmer fra tanken til kompressoren, idet kjølemiddelet blir tilført den ytterligere varmeveksler via en styrbar reguleringsventil, at det mellom den ytterligere varmeveksler og kompressoren er anordnet en temperatursensor, som avføler temperaturen på avkoket, og at reguleringsventilen blir styrt av en styreinnretning som blir tilført signaler fra temperatursensoren for styring av strømmen av kjølemiddel til den ytterligere varmeveksler på en slik måte at temperaturen på avkoket fra denne varmeveksler til kompressoren blir holdt konstant.
Oppfinnelsen vil i det følgende bli beskrevet nærmere under henvisning til tegningen som viser et utførelseseksempel på en anordning ifølge oppfinnelsen.
Den eneste figur er et koblingsskjema som skjematisk viser et utførelseseksempel på et anlegg til lagring eller transport av LNG med en anordning ifølge oppfinnelsen.
Som det fremgår av figuren omfatter anlegget en tank 2 som inneholder LNG 4 hvis overflate er angitt med henvisningstallet 6. Tankrommet over denne overflate 6 kommuniserer via en rørledning 8 med innløpet av en første kompressor 12 som er drevet av en motor 14.
Utløpet av kompressoren 12 kommuniserer via en rørledning 16 med innløpet av en første passasje 18 av en første kjøler eller varmeveksler 20.1 varmeveksleren 20 er det anordnet en annen passasje 24, hvis innløp får tilført et avkjølt kjølemiddel fra et på en i og for seg vanlig måte oppbygget kjøleanlegg 26 via en rørledning 30, og hvis utløp returnerer oppvarmet kjølemiddel til kjøleanlegget 26 via en ledning 28.
Kjøleanlegget 26 omfatter en annen kompressor 58 som er drevet av en motor 60. På nedstrømssiden av den annen kompressor 58 er det anordnet en mellomkjøler 62, på hvis nedstrømsside det er anordnet en tredje kompressor 64.
Innløpet av den annen kompressor 58 kommuniserer med utløpet av en første passasje 66 av en annen kjøler eller varmeveksler 68 via en rørledning 70.
Utløpet av den tredje kompressor 64 kommuniserer med innløpet av en annen passasje 72 av den annen varmeveksler 68 via en mellomkjøler 48 og en rørledning 73, og utløpet av den annen passasje 72 av den annen varmeveksler 68 kommuniserer med innløpet av en ekspansjonsturbin 74, hvis utløp er forbundet med innløpet av den annen passasje 24 av den første varmeveksler 20 via rørledningen 30. Den tredje kompressor 64 er drevet av ekspansjonsturbinen 74.
Ifølge oppfinnelsen strømmer avkok fra tanken 2 til den første kompressor 12 via en første passasje 111 av en ytterligere eller tredje kjøler eller varmeveksler 110 og en rørledning 113 som er anordnet mellom denne varmeveksler 110 og den første kompressor 12.
En rørledning 100 er tilkoblet utløpet av den annen varmeveksler 68 og er forbundet med innløpet av en annen passasje 112 av den ytterligere varmeveksler 110 via en reguleringsventil 104 og en rørledning 108.
Utløpet av den annen passasje 112 av den ytterligere varmeveksler 110 er via en rørledning 114 forbundet med innløpet av den annen kompressor 58 og/eller via en rørledning 116, som er tegnet med stiplet strek, med den rørledning 28 som forbinder den annen passasje 24 av den første varmeveksler 20 med den første passasje 66 av den annen varmeveksler 68.
For avføling av temperaturen på avkoket i innløpet til den første kompressor 12, er det på rørledningen 113 mellom den ytterligere varmeveksler 110 og den første kompressor 12 montert en temperatursensor 120 som er innrettet til å avgi signaler vedrørende verdien av denne temperatur til en styreinnretning 121. Styreinnretningen 121 er i sin tur innrettet til å avgi signaler til reguleringsventilen 104 for styring av strømmen av kjølemiddel fra kjøleanlegget 26 til den annen passasje 112 av den ytterligere varmeveksler 110 for derved å søke å holde temperaturen på avkoket i rørledningen 113 konstant.
Det vil forstås at temperatursensoren 120 kan være innrettet til å sende elektriske signaler til styreinnretningen 121 som i sin tur kan sende elektriske signaler til reguleringsventilen 104, men temperatursensoren og styreinnretningen kan f.eks. i stedet være mekaniske og innrettet til mekanisk styring av reguleringsventilen.
Selv om det avkok som strømmer inn i rørledningen 8 kan ha en sterkt varierende temperatur, blir det ved oppfinnelsen således sikret at temperaturen på avkoket ved innløpet av den første kompressor 12 blir holdt på en stabil, liten verdi, slik at det blir sikret optimale driftsbetingelser for anlegget.
Claims (1)
1. Anordning til lagring og transport av flytendegjort naturgass (LNG) i en tank (2) hvor det fås et avkok som strømmer fra tanken (2) til en kompressor (12) og deretter til en varmeveksler (20), som blir tilført et kjølemiddel fra et kjøleanlegg (26), og som skaffer en kondensering av en bestanddel av avkoket,
karakterisert ved at det mellom tanken (2) og kompressoren (12) er anordnet en ytterligere varmeveksler (110) som likeledes blir tilført kjølemiddel fra kjøleanlegget (26), og som kjøler, men ikke kondenserer avkoket, som strømmer fra tanken (2) til kompressoren (12), idet kjølemiddelet blir tilført den ytterligere varmeveksler (110) via en styrbar reguleringsventil (104), at det mellom den ytterligere varmeveksler (110) og kompressoren (12) er anordnet en temperatursensor (120), som avføler temperaturen på avkoket, og at reguleringsventilen (104) blir styrt av en styreinnretning (121) som blir tilført signaler fra temperatursensoren (120) for styring av strømmen av kjølemiddel til den ytterligere varmeveksler (110) på en slik måte at temperaturen på avkoket fra denne varmeveksler til kompressoren (12) blir holdt konstant.
