Abstract
Kationiske polymerermed en molekylvekt større enn ca. 200 000 Dalton kan tilsettes til det aktiverte slammet i en MBR for behandling av industrielt avløpsvann av behandlingsårsaker, som innbefatter: kondisjonering av det aktiverte slammet, forbedre fluks gjennom en membran i MBR'en, redusere begroing av membranet i MBR'en og redusere skumming av det aktiverte slammet i MBR'en.
