Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av DCE ved å starte med en hydrokarbonkilde i henhold til hvilket: a) hydrokarbonkilden blir underkastet et første cracking trinn, dvs. et pyrolysetrinn utført i minst étt cracking brennkammer, således produserende en blanding av cracking produkter; b) nevnte blanding av cracking produkter blir underkastet en serie av behandlingstrinn som gjør det mulig å oppnå en blanding av produkter inneholdende etylen og andre bestanddeler; c) nevnte blanding av produkter inneholdende etylen blir underkastet et første separeringstrinn S1 som består av separering av nevnte blanding av produkter inne i en kolonne C1, inn i en fraksjon anriket med forbindelsene som er lettere enn etylen inneholdende noen av etylenet (fraksjon A) og inn i en fraksjon F1; d) fraksjon F1 blir underkastet en andre separeringstrinn S2 som består av separering av fraksjon F1 inne i en kolonne C2 inn i en fraksjon F2 og inn i en tyngre fraksjon (fraksjon C); e) fraksjon F2 blir underkastet et tredje separeringstrinn S3 som består av separering av fraksjon F2 inne i en kolonne C3 inn i en fraksjon anriket med etylen (fraksjon B) og inn i en fraksjon F3 hovedsakelig sammensatt av etan; f) fraksjon A blir ført til en kloreringsreaktor og fraksjon B blir ført til en oksykloreringsreaktor, reaktorer hvor mesteparten av etylen til stede i fraksjonene A og B blir omdannet til1,2-dikloretan; og g) 1,2-dikloretan oppnådd blir separert fra produktstrømmene avledet fra kloreringen og oksykloreringsreaktorer.
