Abstract

Det er beskrevet fleksible, endelige systemer for transdermal administrering av skopolamin som omfatter: (a) en polymermatriks som omfatter en polymerblanding som omfatter (i) en ikke-funksjonell akrylbasert polymer som utgjør minst 60 vekt% av tørrvekten av polymermatriksen, og (ii) en aminresistent kapslet silikonpolymer som utgjør ikke mer enn ca. 30 vekt% av tørrvekten av polymermatriksen; og (b) skopolamin solubilisert i polymermatriksen, hvori det fleksible, endelige system er hovedsakelig fritt for vinylacetat og polare komponenter.
