Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører utstyr for oppvarming av gass (23) i forbindelse med kontinuerlig sintring i gasskanaler (2, 3, 4) plassert over en streng (1), hvilke gasskanaler innbefatter minst en vegg (6) og minst to gassenheter (24, 25), hvor gassen som kommer fra gassenhetene er i kontakt med materialet på strengen (1), idet minst en brennerenhet (5, 27, 28, 29) er anordnet i minst en av gasskanalene (2, 3, 4), er anordnet som en del av gasskanalen, idet brennerenheten innbefatter minst ett separat forbrenningsrom (7) anordnet på veggen (6) til gasskanalen. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også en fremgangsmåte for oppvarming av gassen.
