Abstract

I henhold til visse utførelser tilveiebringer den foreliggende oppfinnelse en modulær tilnærming til en smørepakke. Visse komponenter, slik som filteret og kjøleren er direkte forbundet til en blokk som har forbindelser for å motta disse og innvendige portsystemer for å etablere de passende strømmingsbaner for sirkulasjon, kjøling og filtrering av det sirkulerende smøremiddel. Blokken kan motta én eller flere kjølere og én eller flere filtre. Det isolerende ventilsystem for redundant utstyr kan også være integrert i blokken. Mange forbindelser som har blitt benyttet i tidligere utforminger for rørnettverk er integrert i blokken. Blokken kan også monteres nær reservoaret idet en neddykkbar pumpe videre sparer plass og rørforbindelser.
