Abstract

Toppstøpelaget støpes på gulvsiden av undergulvelementet slik at i det minste en del av bunnstøpeflaten er dekket av toppstøpelaget, idet bunnstøpeflaten har slik overflateruhet at toppstøpelaget hefter seg til bunnstøpeflaten. Oppfinnelsen vedrører dessuten en fremgangsmåte for tilveiebringelse av en slik betonggulvinnretning samt en gulvinnretning.The present invention relates to a concrete flooring device comprising a subfloor element having a floor side and / or a tray / roof side, as well as a top casting layer. The subfloor element comprises on the floor side a concrete part having a bottom casting surface with a surface roughness. The top cast layer comprises a casting material containing a self-compressing concrete and a shrinkage reducing additive. The top casting layer is cast on the floor side of the subfloor element so that at least a portion of the bottom casting surface is covered by the top casting layer, the bottom casting surface having such surface roughness that the top casting layer adheres to the bottom casting surface. The invention further relates to a method for providing such a concrete flooring direction as well as a flooring direction.
