Abstract
Skrubberen innbefatter flere gassinnløpsrør (8) med en oppstrømsende (8") som er i stand til å bli matet fra gassinnløpet (4) og en nedstrømsende (8') som åpner til skrubbingsvolumet (16), midler (10, 12) for sprøyting av skrubbingsvæsken nær oppstrømsenden (8") av innløpsrørene (8) og midler (26) for fjerning av de skrubbede gassene fra kammeret. Hvert innløpsrør (8), som spesielt er av venturitypen, er i stand til å tildele gassen som skal skrubbes et trykk som er markert høyere i nedstrømsenden (8') av røret enn trykket til gassen i oppstrømsenden (8") av røret (8), og nedstrømsenden (8') til hvert rør (8) strekker seg ved service under den frie overflaten (S) av skrubbingsvæsken (L).
