Abstract

Målsetning er å skaffe en prosessor for råmateriale for papirproduksjon, hvilken er i stand til å omdanne tremasse i papirproduksjonsprosessen, takket være kavitasjon. Den omfatter en første pumpe (5) som spruter sprutevæske og en andre pumpe (6) som spruter oppløsning som inneholder for eksempel tremassefibre inn i en prosesseringsenhet på innsiden hvor kavitasjon genereres ved generering av en sprutestrøm. På innsiden av prosesseringsenheten (2), genererer en sprutestrøm kavitasjon for å utføre omdanning, hvor blekk eller liknende fjernes fra fibrene ved en lufttrykkbølge som er et resultat av sammenklappingen av kavitasjonsbobler som blir generert. Væsken etter omdanningsprosesseringen returneres til en andre tank (4), med unntak for en del som mates til nedstrøms steg, mens oppløsningen prosesseres, etter hvert som den sirkuleres mellom prosesseringsenheten (2) og en andre tank (6).
