Abstract
Det er beskrevet en sonde (1) til måling av oksygeninnholdet i biologisk vev. Sonden har minst en optisk fiber (2) som proksimalt kan kobles optisk til en lyskilde på den ene siden og til en lyssensor på den andre siden. På en distal endeflate av fiberen (2) er det anordnet, og til denne optisk tilkoblet, et oksygenfølsomt fargestoff (5). Et distalt fiberavsnitt (6) innbefattende den distale endeflaten er, sammen med fargestoffet (5) omsluttet av en oksygengjennomtrengelig og væskeugjennomtrengelig membran (7), som definerer, i det innelukkede området, et gassrom (8) som omgir den distale endeflaten med fargestoffet (5). Sonden (1) er bestanddel av et kateter (14) som i tillegg oppviser en temperatursensor (30) og fortrinnsvis en trykksensor (28). Det oppstår derved en sonde hvori følsomheten av fiberen mot ytre påvirkning ved målestedet er redusert og hvorved tolkningsmulighetene av måleresultatene er forbedret.
