Abstract

En modifisert frigivende farmasøytisk sammensetning omfatter lerkanidipin oppløst i en voksaktig substans omfattende en polyalkoholfettsyreester, hvor løsningen er innlemmet i en farmasøytisk akseptabel kapsel. Fortrinnsvis er polyalkoholfettsyreesteren en polyetylenglykolester, en polypropylenglykolester, et fettsyreglyserid eller en blanding av to eller flere derav. Mest foretrukket er polyalkoholfettsyreesteren en blanding av mono-, di- og triglyserider og polyetylenglykolmono- og -diestere.
