Abstract
En fremgangsmåte som estimerer ankomsttiden for et signal mottatt i et trådløst kommunikasjonssystem. En energi i en ramme av et mottatt signal måles for å bestemme en blokk i rammen, der blokken representerer en lavoppløst ankomsttid for det mottatte signalet. Flere tidsforsinkede versjoner av et mønstersignal kombineres med den aktuelle blokken av det mottatte signalet for å velge et gitt mønstersignal. Det valgte mønstersignalet identifiserer en gitt chip som representerer en høyoppløst ankomsttid for det mottatte signalet.
