Abstract
Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte og anordning for legging, forlating og/eller innhenting av et rør (15) på havbunnen. Under nedlegging og forlating blir røret (15) senket ved hjelp av en høykapasitetsvinsj (3) til et mellomdyp, hvor lasten som utøves av røret har sunket til innenfor kapasiteten til en lavkapasitetsvinsj (4), hvortil lasten så overføres. Høykapasitetsvinsjvaieren (3a) blir så tatt opp til fartøyet (2) og røret blir senket til havbunnen ved hjelp av lavkapasitetsvinsjen (4). Innhenting av røret vil i hovedsaken skje omvendt av den her nevnte prosedyren. På denne måten kan man i vesentlig grad redusere lengden av vaieren (3a) til høykapasitetsvinsjen, hvilket vil redusere denne vinsjens størrelse og derfor også dens kostnader.
