I henhold til oppfinnelsen er en heisutstyrsramme festet til det første heisrepet, hvis oppdrift i vann er variabelt justerbar. Videre vedrører oppfinnelsen en fremgangsmåte for løfting og senking av en last i vann ved bruk av en slik anordning.
