Abstract

Det er beskrevet en anordning og fremgangsmåte for bruk ved bestemmelse av hastigheten og retningen av vinden som en vindturbin utsettes for. Anordningen omfatter i det minste en føler festet til vindturbinens rotor, en vinkelføler for å måle vinkelposisjonen for rotoren på vindturbinen og en krets som omdanner sammenhengen mellom avgivelsen fra nevnte minst ene føler og avgivelsen fra vinkelføleren til hastigheten og retningen av den vind som vindturbinen utsettes for. l henhold til oppfinnelsen kan føleranordningen måle vindhastigheten og -retningen i tre dimensjoner. l tillegg fører montering av følere direkte på vindturbinens rotor til en meget enkel og robust installasjon. Montering av følerene direkte på rotoren hindrer også turbulensen fra rotoren og vindturbinens skrog fra å påvirke følerene.
