Abstract
Det er beskrevet systemer og fremgangsmåter for å fremvise volumdata på en vilkårlig tredimensjonal polygonal overflate. Hvert polygon i den polygonale overflaten kan bli skannekonvertert og de resulterende tekseller kan bli plassert i strukturhurtigbufferen. Vokseller som ikke krysser noe polygon i den polygonale overflaten behøver ikke bli skannekonvertert. Denne fremgangsmåte kan resultere i redusert bruk av strukturhurtigbuffer.
