Det beskrives en effektiv prosess for fremstilling av derivater av l-(pyridinyl)-l,l-dialkoksy-2-aminoetan med formel (I), ved hjelp av hvilke forbindelser med formel (I) kan fremstilles i høy renhet og utbytte og i form av den frie base uten å isolere acetylpyridinoksimet med formel (XI) som er et kritisk produkt fra et sikkerhetssynspunkt, som et faststoff.An efficient process is described for the preparation of derivatives of 1- (pyridinyl) -1,1-dialkoxy-2-aminoethane of formula (I), by which compounds of formula (I) can be prepared in high purity and yield and in form of the free base without isolating the acetylpyridine oxide of formula (XI) which is a critical product from a safety point of view, such as a solid.
