Abstract

En fremgangsmåte og kommunikasjonssystem (dvs. TDD system) som bruker adaptive antenner i basestasjonene for å monitorere mefrikker assosiert med kvaliteten av en eller flere ePeH tidsvinduer, for å bestemme om det kan brukes om igjen noen eller alle ePeH tidsvinduer for å sende DPeH. Dersom det blir bestemt å bruke om igjen eller noen alle ePeH tidsvinduene, vil en tilleggsbestemmelse bh gjort om å begrense DPCH sendingseffekt. Adaptive antenner kan bh brukt i basestasjonene for å tillate systemet å bruke om igjen noen eller alle ePCH tidsvinduene for å sende DPeH, som dermed forbedrer samlet kapasitet til systemet mens det bibeholdes ePeH dekning og kvalitet på et ønsket nivå gjennom hele systemet.
