Abstract

En hydraulisk funksjon (20) kan gå ut på utstrekning og tilbaketrekning under styring fra en elektrohydraulisk ventilenhet (22). En elektronisk ventilstyringsenhet (28) ligger i avstand fra og kommuniserer med spakstyringsenheten (34). Denne elektroniske ventilstyrings- (10) enhet (28) styrer da kommunikasjonen av hydraulisk fluid til den hydrauliske funksjon (20) som respons på ventilstyringssignalet. En fremgangsmåte for å generere dette ventil kommando- signal omfatter da generering av et styresignal som er proporsjonalt med spakposisjonssignalet når spaken (36) beveges forholdsvis langsomt, og generering av et kommandosignal som er basert på et maksimalt utsving av styrespaken (36) inn i så vel utstrekningsområdet som tilbaketrekksområdet når styrespaken (36) beveges forholdsvis raskt. Styresignaler blir overført til ventilstyringsenheten (28) etter en forsinkelsestidsperiode som utgjør en viss andel av en periode for styrespakens svingeperiode.
