Abstract

Det beskrives polyamidbaserte, vannoppløselige, bionedbrytbare kopolymerer som inneholder minst en påpodet sidekjede bestående av aldehyder og svovelholdige syrer og salter derav, og minst en av de følgende forbindelser: ketoner, aromatiske alkoholer, urea (derivater) og amino-s-triaziner. De benyttede polyamidtypeforbindelser benyttes fortrinnsvis i form av naturlige polyamider som kaseiner, gelatiner, kollagener, benlim, serum- eller butalbuminer samt soyabønneproteiner eller nedbrytbare produkter derav, og syntetiske polyamider som asparaginsyrer eller kopolymerer av asparagin- og glutaminsyrer. Oppfinnelsens kopolymerer fremstilles særlig ved podingskopolymerisering ved en temperatur mellom -10'C og 250'C, fortrinnsvis i nærvær av et oppløsningsmiddel som vann, eller også ved termisk tørking, og anvendes særlig som hellemiddel eller vannretensjonsmiddel for uorganiske bindemidler og pigmenter, hvorved de sammen med et hydraulisk bindemiddel kun gir en lite utpreget avbindingsforsinkende virkning.
