Abstract
Bestemmelsen av analyttkonsentrasjonen i fysiologiske prøver er av stadig økende betydning i dagens samfunn. Slike prøver benyttes i mange forbindelser, herunder i forbindelse med kliniske laboratoriumsprøver, prøver i hjemmet etc., hvor resultatene av slike prøver spiller en stor rolle i forbindelse med diagnose og behandling av flere sykdommer. I foreliggende søknad beskrives det en fremgangsmåte som kan benyttes for fremstillingen av medisinske innretninger som innbefatter en integrert lansett og sensor. Fremgangsmåten angår samling av integrerte medisinske innretninger. Fremgangsmåten omfatter tilveiebringelse av et samleapparat for medisinske innretninger, innbefattende et legeme med en proksimal ende og en distal ende, en løsgjørbar klemstang og en skyverplate, idet den proksimale enden har et antall utsparinger for i det minste delvis opptak og løsbar fastholding av et antall teststrimler. Videre omfatter den legging av teststrimlene med et topplag av varmforseglbar adhesiv i hver utsparing, plassering av et antall vevspenetreringselementer på toppen av teststrimlene, sikring av antallet vevspenetreringselementer med klemstangen for å minimere bevegelser, pressing av teststrimlene til flukt med vevspenetreringselementene ved hjelp av skyverplaten, oppvarming av vevspenetreringselementene til en bestemt temperatur for binding av teststrimlene til vevspenetreringselementene, og fjerning av de nevnte medisinske innretninger fra samleapparatet for videre prosessering.
