Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse beskriver en fremgangsmåte til å fremstille mellomproduktet 2-(2,3-diklorfenyl-2~ aminoguanidinacetonitril med formel (II), som omfatter reaksjonen av 2,3-diklorbenzoylcyanid med anunoguanidinbikarbonat i ikke-vandig medium i nærvær av metansulfonsyre, som gir gode utbytter og korte reaksjonstider. Nevnte mellomprodukt er nyttig til å fremstille 3,5-diamino-6-(2,3-diklorfenyl)-l,2,4- tirazin med formel (I). Oppfirmelsen angår også en fremgangsmåte til å fremstiUe (I) med høy renhet.
