Abstract
remgangsmåte for å analysere en fyletisk herkomst til kamskjell som omfatter trinnene med å sekvensere en mitokondrie DNA til kamskjellet for å bestemme en nukleotid-asesekvens til mitokondrie DNA, hvor nukleotidbasesekvensen inkluderer en ikke-kodende region inneholdende en nukleotidbase-substitusjonslocus som viser en sekvenspolymorfisme som indikerer en bestemt herkomst for kamskjellet.itokondrie DNA til kamskjellet amplifiseres ved PCR ved anvendelse av et passende primersett designet på grunnlag av nukleotidbase-sekvenser konservert blant kjente skalldyr-mitokondrieS rRNA og 12S rRNA gener, etterfulgt av sekvensering for å bestemme en ikke-kodende region deri. I en slik ikke-kodende region er en nukleotidbase-substitusjonslocus lokalisert hvorved en spesiell kamskjell-herkomst bestemmes. På grunnlag av disse trinn analyseres et japansk kamskjell,atinopecten yessoensis, med hensyn til nukleotidbasesekvensen og herkomsten derav.
