Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en prosessanordning (1) for oppløsning av tørre stoff i form av pulver, granulater eller knust materiale i vann og blanding og dosering av dette, og som omfatter et understell (20), en øvre beholder (3) forbundet til en skruemater (18) og en uttømmingsinnretning (20), en konisk/sylindrisk mellomliggende del (6) gjennom hvilken flere oppløste stoffer kan tilføres fra utvendige beholdere (13) og en nedre beholder (9) for lagring, blanding og dosering av blandingen via et utløp (l 1). Prosessen reguleres via en kontrollenhet (28) som mottar signaler fra nivå- og pH- sensorer og overfører kontrollsignaler til magnetventiler som regulerer vanntilførselen for optimaliserte pH-verdier og alkalinitet i den doserte blandingen og til skruemateren for å regulere mengden av tørt stoff som tilføres den øvre beholderen.
