Claims (2)
1. Fremgangsmåte ved fremstilling av 2-(2-tenoyltio)-propionylglycin med formelen (I)
karakterisert ved at et salt av tiofen-2-tiolkarboksylsyre (II) med formelen
omsettes med (2-halopropionyl)-glycin (III) med formelen
hvor M betyr et metall, fortrinnsvis natrium eller kalium, og X betyr halogen, fortrinnsvis brom eller klor, idet om-setningen utføres i et vandig eller vann/alkoholmedium ved en temperatur i området -10°Ctil 100°C, fortrinnsvis ved romtemperatur.
2. Fremgangsmåte ifølge krav 1, karakterisert ved at saltet (II) anvendes i form av en oppløsning erholdt ved in situ omsetning av tiofen-2-karboksylsyre-klorid med et hydrogenmetallsulfid.
