Description
Sentr alevakueringsaggregat.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører et sentralevakueringsaggregat bestående av et brann- (flamme-) og lydisolert, kasse-formet apparathus som lett kan oppstilles på stedet, hvor apparathusets sidevegger er forsynt med luftinntaksåpninger for tilslutning til evakueringskanaler, og hvor der i apparathuset er anbragt en sentrifugalvifte, hvis innløp munner fritt ut i apparathuset og hvis utløp er forbundet med en utløpsåpning i husets tak for tilslutning til en utblåsingsledning og hvor huset er sammensatt av separate veggelementer. Det nye ved oppfinnelsen er at de elementer som danner husets bunn og tak, rundt samtlige kanter er forsynt med en på i og for seg kjent måte Z-formet ramme, hvis flens som rager ut i retning av elementets plane begrensningsflater, er bestemt til å støtte og fastholde husets øvrige sidevegger, og at i tillegg er husets endevegger ved kantene forsynt med en i kantplanet i den ene retning fritt utstikkende flens og forbundet innbyrdes og med de nevnte bunn- og takelementer ved hjelp av over de sammenstøtende flenser anbragte klemlister, samt at sentrifugalviften som inn-går i aggregatet, er oppstilt på en fra apparathuset uttrekkbar bro som ved sitt ut-løp er forsynt med en fjærende stuss som presses mot takelementet for tett anlegg.
Oppfinnelsen gjør det mulig å anvende et og på stedet lett monterbart apparathus med lav vekt og som likevel oppfyller de gjeldende strenge krav til brann- og lyd-isolering. Ved at viften er oppstilt på den angitte måte, kan apparathuset utføres med de minst mulige dimensjoner uten, til tross for dette, å hindre muligheten for inspeksjon av viften og drivmotoren.
Oppfinnelsen skal beskrives nærmere i tilslutning til tegningen som viser en sammenstilling av evakueringsaggregatet.
På tegningen betegner 1 et apparathus for et sentralt evakueringsaggregat og 2 en av huset omsluttet sentrifugalvifte med tilhørende motor 3 og remdrift 4. Viftens innløp munner fritt ut i huset og kommu-niserer gjennom dette med de til aggregatet ledende evakueringsledninger som er tilsluttet de i huset anordnede åpninger 5 og 6. På trykksiden står viften i forbindelse med en utløpsåpning 7 som er forbundet med en på tegningen ikke vist utløpsskor-sten. Apparathuset består i henhold til oppfinnelsen av en i ett stykke utført bunnplate 8 med en Z-formet ramme 9, hvis utstikkende flens 9a er utført til å understøtte og fiksere husets sidevegger 10 som likesom taket 11, er utført med en fritt utstikkende rammeflens 12 og holdes sammen og fikseres innbyrdes ved hjelp av over sammenstøtende flenser anbragte klemlister 13. Apparathuset, hvis veggelementer er forsynt med en isolering 14 og innvendig kledt med en brannsikker plate 15, kan på denne måte monteres hurtig og tett på stedet uten anvendelse av noen gjennomgående varmeledende bolter. For å muliggjøre et apparathus med små dimensjoner og lav vekt uten at dette van-skeliggjør den nødvendige inspeksjon og
underhold av vifteaggregatet, er dette i
henhold til oppfinnelsen oppstilt på en
bro 16 med glidesko 17 som løper i skinner
18, således at vifteaggregatet ved behov
kan trekkes ut av huset gjennom den ene,
som en luke 19 utformede endevegg. Den
nødvendige tetning ved viftens utløp opp-nås ved hjelp av en fjærende stuss 20 som
er tilsluttet huset og som automatisk tryk-kes mot husets tak når viften skyves inn i
huset. Taket er på innsiden forsynt med
en plate 21 for å hindre slitasje og sikre en
god tetningsflate.

- Sentralevakueringsaggregat beståendeav et brann- (flamme-) og lydisolert, kas-seformet apparathus sammensatt av separate veggelementer, hvis sidevegger er forsynt med luftinntaksåpninger for tilslu-ning til evakueringskanaler, og hvor der i apparathuset er anbragt en sentrifugalvifte, hvis innløp munner fritt ut i apparat- huset og hvis utløp er forbundet med en utløpsåpning i husets tak for tilslutning til en utblåsningsledning, karakterisert ved at de elementer som danner husets bunn (8) og tak (11), rundt samtlige kanter er forsynt med en på i og for seg kjent måte Z-formet ramme (9), hvis flens (9a) som rager ut i retning av elementets plane begrensningsflater, er bestemt til å støtte og fastholde husets øvrige sidevegger (10), og at i tillegg er husets endevegger ved kantene forsynt med en i kantplanet i den ene retning fritt utstikkende flens (12) og forbundet innbyrdes og med de nevnte bunn- og takelementer ved hjelp av over de sammenstøtende flenser anbragte klemlister (13), samt at sentrifugalviften (2) som inngår'i aggregatet, er oppstilt på en fra apparathuset uttrekkbar bro (16) som ved sitt utløp er forsynt med en fjærende stuss (20) sem presses mot takelementet for tett anlegg.
