Description

Profilstav.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en
profilstav av metall, særlig av lettmetall for overgurten i kjøretøykarosserier, f. eks. for bilkarosserier o. 1. som bygges inn vann-rett i overgangen mellom langveggen og taket, utgjør en del av ribbeverket og tjener til påbyggingen av ytre og indre kledning.
Overgurtprofilstaven i henhold til oppfinnelsen består i det vesentlige av en H-formet profilstav hvis ene flens opptar den ytre kledning for kjøretøyet og hvis an-nen flens tjener til å feste den indre kledning. Det særegne ved staven består i at den indre flens ved henhv. nær hver av sine langsgående kanter har et spor, idet disse spor er rettet fra hverandre og tjener til å oppta en profilert dekk-strimmel. Denne kan være gjennomsiktig, fortrinnsvis av bøyelig kunstglass, f. eks. pleksi-glass. Sporene er fortrinnsvis anordnet på fremspring som er rettet innover.
I den indre flens er det fortrinnsvis mellom sporene anordnet ennå et fremspring, f. eks. midt på høyden og dette skal eksempelvis oppta rørledninger av en-hver art, særlig tråder og armaturer for lyslegemer som måtte anordnes mellom den indre flens og den gjennomsiktige dekk-strimmel.
På vedføyete tegning er det vist et tverrsnitt gjennom et utførelseseksempel på en profilstav i henhold til oppfinnelsen.
Profilstaven 1 har i tverrsnitt i det
vesentlige formen av en H med ytre flens 2, indre flens 3 og et steg 4. I stedet for et
enkelt steg 4 kan det være anordnet et dobbeltsteg. Den nedre kant av flensen 3 har en utbøyning 5 ved hvis nedre kant det ligger et spor 6 som er åpent nedover. I nærheten av den øvre kant av den indre flens 3 er det anordnet et steg 7 med et spor 8 som er åpent oppover. Sporene 6 og 8 er følgelig rettet fra hverandre. Ved hjelp
av en streket linje 9 er det antydet hvor-ledes det kan anbringes en gjennomsiktig skive. Fremspringet 10 tjener til å oppta tråder og armaturdeler for belysningen.
På grunn av beliggenheten av sporene 6 og 8 er det sikret et godt feste for den
gjennomsiktige dekk-strimmel ved klem-virkning, uten at det trenges ytterligere feste, f. eks. ved hjelp av skruer.
Profilstaven i henhold til oppfinnelsen kan selvsagt også brukes i stasjonære rom, f. eks. i demonterbare utstillingshal-ler og i overdekkete gjennomganger.

Claims (2)

1. Profilstav av metall, særlig lettmetall, for overgurten i kjøretøykarosse-rier o. 1. med i det vesentlige H-formet tverrsnitt med en ytre flens, en indre flens og steg, karakterisert ved at den flens (3) som skal ligge innover i kjøre-tøyet ved eller nær hver av sine to langsgående kanter har et spor (6 henholdsvis 8), idet disse spor er rettet fra hverandre og tjener til å oppta en profilert dekk-strimmel (9).
2. Profilstav som angitt i påstand 1, karakterisert ved at den flens som skal ligge innover har et ytterligere fremspring (10) mellom sporene.
