Description

Anordning til å stuve lastelukedekke sammensatt av i siksak sammenhengslede seksjoner utenfor den egentlige lasteromsåpning.
For å dekke åpningen i lasterommene
på fartøyer kan man benytte mange forskjellige slags lukedekketyper. Ved en type
som er meget almindelig, består dekket av
et fåtall, vanligvis to, seksjoner som er
leddforbundet innbyrdes, og hvorav den
ene dessuten er leddforbundet med karmen. Denne dekktype lider imidlertid av
den ulempe at de forholdsvis store seksjoner stenger for utsikten fra eventuelle
plattformer eller dekkhustak som befin-ner seg ved enden av lasteromsåpningen,
og hvor vinsjer eller kraner er anbragt.
Særlig på stykk-godsfartøyer er dette meget generende ved lasting og lossing, og
man benytter derfor ofte lastelukkedekker
som består av en flerhet av seksjoner med
forholdsvis liten utstrekning i lukens lang-skibsretning.
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en
anordning til utenfor den egentlige lasteromsåpning å stuve et lasteromslukedekke
av den sistnevnte type og nærmere bestemt
et slikt som består av flere seksjoner som
alle mangler leddforbindelse med og er
forskyvbare på karmen, og som ved sine
langskibsliggende tverrkanter er forsynt
med føringsorganer, hensiktsmessig hjul,
valser eller lignende, som samvirker med
baner anordnet langs langskibskarmsidene,
og hvor seksjonene, når lukeåpningen frilegges, holdes i vertikal stilling på deler
som over oppstuvningsstedet utgjør forlengelser av de nevnte baner, og hvor seksjonenes tverrskibs lengdekanter er forbundet med hverandre ved hengsler, slik
at hele lukedekket kan foldes siksakformet sammen.
Oppfinnelsen er hovedsakelig karakterisert ved at føringsorganene for hver seksjon med ulike nummer regnet fra oppstuvningsstedet, og som består av to par føringsorganer, er anbragt det ene nær den mot oppstuvningsstedet vendende lengdekant av seksjonen, mens det annet er anbragt lenger inne på seksjonen, fortrins-vis hinsides den med den nevnte kant parallelle tyngdepunktakse for seksjonen, samtidig som karmen i den del av luken som er beregnet til å dekkes av den seksjon som ligger nærmest oppstuvningsstedet, er utformet med helning nedover mot dekket. Ved at seksjonene er innbyrdes forbundet ved gangjern, kan man med enkle midler føre lukedekket til lukket resp. til åpen stilling og alltid være sikker på at hver seksjon uten spesielle forholdsregler kommer på sin tilsiktede plass. Gangjernfor-bindelsen mellom dem gir også muligheter for å skaffe en god tetning. Ved at alle seksjoner føres utenfor den egentlige lasteromsåpning, blir denne helt tilgjenge-lig for lastnings- og lossingsredskaper, og den ubetydelige utstrekning av seksjonene i lengderetningen gjør at de i oppreist stilling ikke kommer til å stenge for utsikten for det personell som passer lastnings- og lossings-redskapene.
Tegningen viser som eksempel skjema-tisk en anvendelse av oppfinnelsen ved lasteluken på et større fartøy.
Fig. 1 er et sideriss av luken med seksjonene i stengt stilling. Fig. 2 viser det samme sett ovenfra. Fig. 3 viser et mellomstadium i stuv-ningsarbeidet, og
fig. 4 viser endelig luken i helt åpen stilling.
Fartøyets dekk er betegnet med 1 og lukeåpningens omgivende karm med 2. Et stykke fra karmen er der et dekkhus 3, på hvilket der på kjent måte er anordnet vinsjer. Mellom dekkshuset 3 og karmen 2 er der et rom 4 som er tilstrekkelig stort til å oppta samtlige seksjoner når disse i forbindelse med åpningsbevegelsen er ført over i vertikal stilling.
Lasteromsåpningen dekkes av åtte seksjoner 5—12, som således enkeltvis får en forholdsvis ubetydelig utstrekning i forhold til lengden av lasteromsåpningen. Disse seksjoner er innbyrdes forbundet ved hengsler 13 på en slik måte at hverannen seksjon vil bli foldet med undersiden og hverannen med oversiden mot den fore-gående. Seksjonene er forsynt med tet-ningsanordninger av en eller annen i og for seg kjent art, som ikke vil bli beskre-vet nærmere, såvel ved de mellomliggende fuger som mellom seksjonene og karmen og er selvsagt utstyrt med hensiktsmessige organer for skalking. Inntil fugene mellom de forskjellige seksjoner er der anordnet hjul 14, bestemt til å løpe på en bane 15 som går langs karmen under lukedekkets åpningsbevegelse. Den ytterste seksjon 12 er dessuten på sin ytterkant forsynt med et par hjul 21, som løper på særskilte baner 22 anordnet utenfor banene 15 for de øvrige løpehjul. Banene 22 er dessuten forhøyet over planet for banene 15, hvorved banene 22 vil danne sidestyring for hjulene 14 når disse forskyves til og fra stuvningsstilling. Løpehjulene, resp. de deler av banene som ligger rett ut for hjulene når luken står i stengt stilling, kan på kjent måte være utformet slik at luke-seksj onene i den omtalte stilling kan brin-ges til å synke ned mot karmen og å løftes opp fra denne når en bevegelse henholdsvis avsluttes og påbegynnes.
Hver seksjon 5, 7, 9 og 11 med ulike nummer regnet fra oppstillingsstedet 4 er hver med sine endekanter forsynt med to føringsorganer 16 resp. 17. Disse er par-vis anordnet symmetrisk i forhold til hverandre, og det første parti, altså det som er nærmest oppstillingsstedet 4, og som er montert på en arm som er så lang at hjulet når utenfor de normale bæreruller 14, er beregnet på å samvirke med en bane 181 som strekker seg fra enden av karmen frem mot dekkshuset 3. Denne bane er forsenket under karmens topplan og har rennefor-met tverrsnitt, slik at der fås øvre og nedre føringsflater for organet 16. På samme måte er føringsorganet 17 montert på ar-mer som igjen er noe lengere enn armene for føringsorganet 16, slik at vedkom-mende organer kommer til å samvirke med en annen bane 19, som ligger utenfor banen 18, og som dessuten i sin vesentlige del ligger høyere enn karmens topplan. Disse føringsruller er anbragt hinsides seksjonenes tyngdepunktakse som er parallell med oppstillingsstedet, hvorved seksjonen så snart den er ført over karmkanten, vil søke å reise seg til vertikal stilling. Stil-lingen av disse føringsorganer kan variere alt efter seksjonenes dybde i forhold til karmhøyden, og da organet 16 under alle forhold presser seksjonene rett ned, kan organet 17 eventuelt bli plassert i eller noe foran tyngdepunktaksen. Den øvre bane 19 er bestemt til å bære seksjonene, og den strekker seg helt frem til dekkshuset, mens banen 18, hvis hovedsakelige funksjon ligger i å danne føring for endene av seksjonene når disse reiser seg til vertikal stilling, ikke nødvendigvis behøver nå helt frem til dekkshuset. Man kan avslutte denne bane et stykke fra dette, slik at der i de tilfeller hvor luken er stengt, blir dannet en passasje under den øvre bane 19.
Seksjonene manøvreres ved hjelp av en wire 25, som tilsluttes en av de forhån-denværende vinsjer. I den stilling som er vist på fig. 1, altså med luken stengt, be-høver man for å få en åpningsbevegelse bare å utøve en trekkraft i pilens retning. Når lukedekket fra åpen stilling skal føres ut over åpningen, behøver man til venstre for luken å ha et fast mothold som wiren kan føres rundt, forsåvidt man ikke også på denne side av luken har vinsjer eller andre tilsvarende organer. Under stenge-bevegelsen løper lukedekket på vanlig måte på rullene 14. Umiddelbart idet bevegelsen blir påbegynt, blir lukens seksjoner som tidligere nevnt løftet så meget opp at til-pressingen opphører. En anordning til dette formål er f. eks. antydet ved 24 i forbindelse med den nedre føringsflate i banen 18. I denne finnes der ved den posisjon som tilsvarer stengt luke, en forsenkning hvori hjulet, i det valgte tilfelle førings-rullen 16 på den første seksjon 5, kan rulle ned og dermed tilveiebringe en til-pressing av pakningen. Tilsvarende forsenkninger utformes i banene for hjulene 14 og 21. Disse forsenkninger forskyves sidelengs i forhold til hverandre slik at
ingen hjul under sin passasje behøver å
komme i kontakt med forsenkninger bestemt for andre hjul, eller også kan for-senkningene utstyres med temporært inn-koblede utfyllende deler. Føringsorganet
16 føres derefter av banen 18 nedover, mens
føringsorganet 17, som løper på den ytre
bane 19, løfter seksjonens bortre del opp-over. Den påfølgende seksjon 6 følger med
i bevegelsen og foldes med sin underside
mot seksjonen 5, mens de øvrige seksjoner
bibeholder sin horisontale stilling og trekkes mot oppstillingsstedet. Så snart seksjonene 5 og 6 er ført utenfor lukeåpningen og har inntatt tilnærmelsesvis vertikal stilling, blir føringsorganet 16 ved seksjonen 7 oppfanget av banen 18 og bevegelsen gjentas nå med seksjonene 7 og
8, mens de gjenværende seksjoner, stadig
i horisontal stilling, trekkes mot oppstillingsstedet. Dette gjentas til samtlige lu-ker er ført utenfor åpningen. Karmen kan
i den del som tilsvares av den første seksjon 5, hensiktsmessig bli utformet noe
hellende mot oppstillingsstedet, hvorved
der hurtigere kan oppnås en omstilling til
vertikal stilling. I forbindelse med dette
avkortes banen 15 for løpehj ulene 14 slik
at denne kommer til å avsluttes av en hellende banedel23. Banen 22 for løpehjulene
21 ved den ytterste seksjon fortsetter imidlertid horisontalt utover til enden av karmen. Den siste seksjon 12 blir derfor stå-ende i en ikke helt vertikal stilling, slik at
den så snart drivkraften settes på i mot-satt retning, kan begynne sin utadgående
bevegelse.

Claims (3)

1. Anordning til utenfor den egentlige lasteromsåpning å stuve et lasteromslukedekke av den art som består av flere
seksjoner, som alle mangler leddforbindelse med og er forskyvbare på karmen, og som ved sine langskipsliggende tverrkanter er forsynt med føringsorganer, hen- siktsmessig hjul, valser eller lignende, som samvirker med baner anordnet langs lang-skips-karmsidene, og hvor seksjonene, når lukeåpningen frilegges, holdes i vertikal stilling på deler som over oppstuvningsstedet utgjør forlengelser av nevnte baner, og hvor seksjonenes tverrskips lengdekanter er forbundet med hverandre ved hengsler, slik at hele lukedekket kan foldes siksakformet sammen, karakterisert v e d at føringsorganene for hver seksjon (5, 7, 9, 11) med ulike nummer regnet fra oppstuvningsstedet og som består av to par føringsorganer, er anbragt det ene (16) nær den mot oppstuvningsstedet vendende lengdekant av seksjonen, mens det annet (17) er anbragt lenger inne på seksjonen, fortrinnsvis hinsides den med den nevnte kant parallelle tyngdepunktakse for seksjonen, samtidig som karmen i den del av luken som er beregnet til å dekkes av den seksjon (5) som ligger nærmest oppstuvningsstedet, er utformet med helning nedover mot dekket.
2. Anordning som angitt i påstand 1, hvor seksjonenes føringsanordninger på kjent måte er hjul (14, 21) som løper på baner i karmen, karakterisert ved at den horisontale del av banene (15) for løpehjulene (14) for samtlige seksjoner unntagen den ytterste (12) er noe kortere enn karmen, idet banene avsluttes av hellende partier (23), mens løpehjulene (21) for den ytterste seksjon (12) samvirker med egne baner (22) som strekker seg horisontalt over hele lengden av karmen.
3. Anordning som angitt i påstand 2, karakterisert ved at banene (22) for løpehjulene (21) ved den ytterste seksjon (12) på i og for seg kjent måte er for-høyet over banene (15) for løpehjulene (14) på de øvrige seksjoner og er anordnet utenfor disse på en slik måte at de først-nevnte baner vil danne sideføring for de sistnevnte løpehjul (14).
