Description

Flaskekapsel av elastisk plast.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører en
flaskekapsel av elastisk plast, bestående av
en i hovedsaken plan topp og en fra toppen
nedadragende sylindrisk del som innvendig
har en ringvulst bestemt til med trang
pasning å gripe inn under en flaskes topp-punkt.
Til grunn for oppfinnelsen ligger den i
og for seg kjente oppgave å utforme en
flaskekapsel av kunststoff på en slik måte
at det eventuelle overtrykk av flaskeinn-holdet fremkaller en elastisk deformasjon
av kapselen, så at sistnevnte derved trek-kes fastere mot flaskehalsens utside, på lig-nende måte som ved en tilbakeslagsventil.
Ved en kapsel som tidligere er foreslått
for løsning av denne oppgave, skal en auto-matisk økning av lukkekraften i overens-stemmelse med flaskeinnholdets overtrykk
bare oppnås ved elastisk deformasjon av en
indre proppdel.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse går imidler-tid ut på å øke lukkekraften ved hjelp av
en kraftforsterkende hevarmvirkning.
Med dette for øye består oppfinnelsen
ved en flaskekapsel som innledningsvis be-skrevet i at kapselen, som i og for seg kjent
ved flaskekapsler, er forsynt med avstivningsribber, hvilke ribber fra punkter på
toppen ved omtrent dennes halve radius
strekker seg radielt utover og over toppens
kant og videre ned over den sylindriske del
til hovedsakelig dennes nedre kant.
Eksempler på en flaskekapsel i hen-hold til oppfinnelsen er skjematisk vist på
tegningen, hvor:
(129548) 1 blad tegninger. Fig. 1 og 2 viser en utførelsesform i henholdsvis aksialsnitt og grunnriss. Fig. 3 og 4 viser en annen utførelses-form likeledes henholdsvis i aksialsnitt og grunnriss.
På tegningen er midtdelen av den av elastisk plastfolie i ett stykke pressede kapsel betegnet med 1, mens den akseparallelle del av avstivningsribbene er betegnet med 2, den radielle del med 3 og holdevulsten med 4, samt en forsterkningsvulst (fig. 3, 4) med 5.

Claims (1)

  1. Flaskekapsel av elastisk plast, bestående av en i hovedsaken plan topp og en fra toppen nedadragende sylindrisk del som innvendig har en ringvulst bestemt til med trang pasning å gripe inn under en flaskes toppunkt, karakterisert ved at kapselen, som i og for seg kjent ved flaskekapsler, er forsynt med avstivningsribber, hvilke ribber fra punkter på toppen ved omtrent dennes halve radius strekker seg radielt utover og over toppens kant og videre ned over den sylindriske del til hovedsakelig dennes nedre kant.
