Description
Koblingsskive for skruefri tilkobling av isolerte ledere. Connection disc for screwless connection of insulated conductors.
Derved dannes to kontaktflater og lederen fastholdes. The invention relates to a connection disc for screwless connection of insulated conductors, comprising a number of contact plates fixed in a holder of insulating materials. It has long been known for clutch discs, e.g. for telephone cables, to design the contact points so that the conductors in the cables can be connected without previous stripping and without the use of connecting screws. The contact plates are then provided with a slot that extends from a hole, the diameter of the hole being somewhat larger than that of the insulated conductor and the width of the slot being somewhat smaller than the diameter of the stripped conductor. The connection then takes place by threading the conductor through the hole and feeding it into the slot, whereby its edges cut through the insulation. Thereby, two contact surfaces are formed and the conductor is held in place. The disadvantage of such a contact gaze is i.a. that as the diameter of the stripped conductor varies somewhat, it becomes difficult to dimension the slot in such a way that both a good electrical contact and a stable mechanical connection are obtained. Furthermore, the tin cannot be made too thin for reasons of mechanical stability. The purpose of the invention is to provide a connection disc provided with a contact plate designed for screwless connection, where a better contact is obtained that is less susceptible to variations in the diameter of the conductor than what has been the case with previously used constructions, and where, moreover, lower material costs are achieved. The characteristic features of the invention appear from the characteristics of the claims.

I fig. In fig. 1-3, 1 is a holder which can preferably be fixed in a piece of some insulating material. The holder is designed for mounting a number of contact lenses 2, of which only one lens is shown for the sake of simplicity. The holder is for each eye provided with two T-shaped sockets 3 and 4, which lie directly opposite each other, of which the socket 3 is continuous, while the socket 4 only goes a little way into the holder. According to the example, the outlets are laid out in the form of grooves, as cavities in the entire length or a part thereof. In the sockets, the contact lenses, e.g. designed according to fig. 4, are fixed after they have been bent 180° along a transverse line which divides a symmetrically arranged elongated hole 6 into two equal parts, and with its longer resp. a shorter bbyde part has been inserted in the sockets 3 resp. 4. In order to reduce the risk of cryptstrbm between the different looks, these can be separated by lists lo. According to fig. 4, the lower part of the sheet is designed in a manner known per se with a slot 9 coming out of a hole 8 for screwless connection of conductors that exit from the lower part of the disc. The sheet 2 is further provided with two slits 7a, 7b extending from the hole 6. At the upper part of the can, the holder is provided with a cut-out 5 which cuts through the wall the intermediate outlets 3 and 4. The conductor is then connected to the upper part of the can by feeding it via the hole 6 into the slots 7a, 7b. Thereby, the edges of the slits cut through the conductor's insulation and four electrical contacts are formed, whereby a significantly greater electrical functional safety is obtained than with previously used constructions, while the mechanical strength is of course improved, despite the fact that the tin can be made significantly thinner than before. In order to further improve the functional safety, it is also advantageous that the two slits 7a, 7b have slightly different widths, so that a good contact is obtained even if the diameter of the conductor varies somewhat, which in practice is usually the case.
I fig. 5 vises en ytterligere utfbrelsesform av kontaktblikket In fig. 5 shows a further embodiment of the contact sheet
By that in fig. 5 shown, the slits 7a, 7b thus proceed from two separate holes 6a, 6b, which after bending will lie directly opposite each other. This results in a better mechanical hold for the eye, which in certain cases may be desirable, even if the conductor has to be threaded. In order for the contact lens, e.g. when removing previously connected conductors, should not be able to slide in their sockets and thus no longer occupy the correct position in the holder, the contact plate, as can be seen from fig. 4,5,6 and 7, in the lower part is preferably provided with an embossed stopper 12, which has a rising surface in the direction from the end of the longer part of the tin to facilitate insertion of the contact tin into the holder, which is made possible by the holder's springy construction. As can be seen from fig. 1, the stopper, when the contact lens is fixed in the holder, rests against the bottom
kanten av en utskjæring 11 i holderens nedre del. Ved å av- the edge of a cut-out 11 in the lower part of the holder. By de-
slutte stopperens nevnte flate med en mot blikket omtrent vinkelrett flate 13 og anbringe denne på en sådan avstand fra blikkets bbyningsakse, snepper den omtrent vinkelrette flate inn i ut-skjæringens 11 bunnkant når blikket er blitt innfort på plass i sine uttak 3 og 4. end the aforementioned surface of the stopper with a surface 13 approximately perpendicular to the tin and place this at such a distance from the tin's bending axis, the approximately perpendicular surface snaps into the bottom edge of the cut-out 11 when the tin has been inserted into place in its sockets 3 and 4.
Fig. 8-lo viser en modifisert form for koblingsskiven ifblge oppfinnelsen sett forfra, fra siden resp. ovenfra. En koblings- Fig. 8-lo shows a modified form of the clutch disc according to the invention seen from the front, from the side or from above. The contact sheet is placed in place and bent a further 180°. The contact plates can preferably be modified in relation to the examples shown in fig. 4-6, so that, for example, the hole has the same shape or the holes at both ends of the gaze. A coupling
skive ifblge sistnevnte eksempel har selvsagt ikke like lange krypstrbmstrekninger mellom blikkene som den foregående, men for anvendelse innendors er isolasjonsresistansen i normale tilfelle tilfredsstillende. disc according to the latter example obviously does not have as long creepage distances between the faces as the previous one, but for indoor use the insulation resistance is normally satisfactory.
