Description

Innretning til feste av med hull eller maljer forsynte knapper til bekledningsgjenstander.
Oppfinnelsen angår en innretning til
feste av med hull eller maljer forsynte
knapper til bekledningsgjenstander, hvilken innretning består av en vesentlig U-formet trådbøyle, hvis ben stikkes gjennom
knapphullene og er forsynt med vinkelrett
bøyde ender som innføres i åpninger i et
sikringsstykke på stoffets underside. Innretningen etter oppfinnelsen karakteriseres
ved at sikringsdelen består av to motsattrettede skåler, idet den ene skål som ligger
an mot stoffet, er forsynt med tilsvarende
hull som knappen, gjennom hvilke hull fes-tebøylens ender stikkes, slik at de blir liggende mot skålbunnen, mens den annen
skål dekker bøylebenene og førstnevnte
skål, hvorhos begge skålers sider er forsynt
med korresponderende åpninger, gjennom
hvilke et redskap kan føres inn i skålene,
for å fjerne den ytre skål uskadd, når
knappen ønskes utskiftet etc.
Noen utførelseseksempler på anordningen etter oppfinnelsen er vist på tegningen,
hvor fig. 1 viser et snitt gjennom en knapp
med to festehull, festet etter anordningen
til et stoff. Fig. 2 viser et liknende snitt,
med en del under stoffet sett delvis fra
siden. Fig. 3 viser en festebøyle. Fig. 4 viser
en knapp med fire festehjul, festet til et
stoff.
Knappen 1 har som nevnt to eller fire
hull 4. Til feste av knappen til stoffet 2
brukes en bøyle 5 (fig. 3) og to om hinannen gripende skåler 9 og 10, begge plasert
under stoffet 2. Diameteren av disse skåler
9, 10 er valgt slik at man med et enkelt redskap, f. eks. en tang, kan presse den ytre
skåls 10 kantflens over den annen skåls 9 kantflens, så skålene fastlåses til hinannen.
Skålen 9 er likesom knappen forsynt med to eller fire hull, men skålen 10 ikke behøver noen hull. På begge skålers kant-flenser er uttatt korresponderende åpninger 12 (fig. 2).,,
Festebøylen 5 består av en tynn, rustfri stål- eller metalltråd, med en midtre rett anleggsdel 6, to vinkelrett fra denne rettede ben eller armer 7 og med to i 90 graders vinkel til benene 7 ombøyde ender 8 som er avspisset.
Skålene 9, 10 kan ha ønsket form, de kan være sirkelrunde, ellipseformet eller firkantet med avrundede hjørner etc.
For knapper med to hull brukes bare en bøyle 5 (fig. 1, 2), mens det for knapper med fire hull brukes to bøyler 5 (fig. 4).
Som vist i fig. 1 og 2 og 4 anvendes innretningen på følgende måte." Etterat knappen 1 er lagt mot stoffet 2, stikkes bøy-len 5 med endene 8 inn i knappens hull, gjennom stoffet 2. Dereter dreies bøylen 5, 90 graders vinkel, så midtdelen 6 legger seg plant mot knappens forside (fig. 1, 2, 4), og den med tilsvarende hull som knappen forsynte indre skål 9 skyves inn på bøylens 5 ender 8. Skålen 9 blir da liggende tett inntil stoffets 2 underside
Da endene 8 er spisset og vil kunne skade stoffet, dekkes endene 8 av skålen 10, som låses til skålen 10, som vist i fig. 1 og 2. Ved sammenlåsningen av skålene 9, 10 må man passe nøye på at deres side-kantåpninger 12 korresponderer med hinannen. Hensikten med disse åpninger er å gjøre det mulig å ta av skålen 10 igjen,
uten å skade den, hvis knappen ønskes utskiftet. Et tynt, hardt redskap føres da inn
i åpningene 12 og med dette kan skålen 10
løsnes uten å skades.
På knapper med fire hull, stikkes først
den ene bøyle 5 gjennom knapp, stoff 2 og
skål 9 og deretter den annen bøyle og til-slutt festes den ytre skål 10 over skålen 9.
I fig. 4 er vist en knapp med fire hull.
Med 3a betegnes her den utenfra ikke syn-lige kant av skålen 10, som er fastlåst over
skålens 9.
På uniformsknapper som på baksiden
er forsynt med maljer, stikkes bøylen 5
gjennom maljene og knappen festes ellers
på samme måte og med de samme midler
som tidligere beskrevet for knapper med
hull.

Claims (1)

  1. Innretning til feste av med hull eller
    maljer forsynte knapper til beklednings-
    gjenstander, hvilken innretning består av en vesentlig U-formet trådbøyle, hvis ben stikkes gjennom knapphullene og er forsynt med vinkelrett bøyde ender, som inn-føres i åpninger i et sikringsstyrke på stoffets underside, karakterisert ved at sikringsdelen består av to motsattrettede skåler (9, 10), idet den ene skål (9) som ligger an mot stoffet (2) er forsynt med tilsvarende hull som knappen, gjennom hvilke hull festebøylens (5) ender stikkes, så de blir liggende mot skålbunnen, mens den annen skål (10) dekker bøylebenene og førstnevnte skål (9), og begge skålers (9, 10) sider er forsynt med korresponderende
    åpninger (12), hvorigjennom et redskap kan føres inn i skålene (9, 10) for å fjerne den ytre skål (10) uskadd, når knappen (1) ønskes utskiftet etc.
