Description

Kombinert lunne- og lesseapparat for traktor.
Nærværende oppfinnelse tar sikte på
å forenkle arbeidet med lunning og lessing av tømmer under benyttelse av traktor som normalt har en hydraulisk løfteanordning med en såkalt trepunktopphengning («trepunktuttak») uten særskilt monterte hjel-peapparaterr, såsom vinsjer o. 1., idet man ved dette lunne- og lesseapparat på traktoren helt uavhengig kan arbeide raskt og sikkert. Arbeidsutgiftene reduseres betrak-telig og anskaffelscsomkostningene blir re-lativt små. Ved hjelp av dette utstyr til traktoren kan selvsagt også annet lesse-og lossearbeide foretaes. Oppfinnelsen an-skueliggjøres ved tegningene fig. I og II som angir oppriss og grunnriss av anord-ningen montert på traktor (1). Apparatet består av en heisebukk (7, 11), med vinde-spill, hvis aksel (2) cr tilkoplet traktorens kraftuttak — en opprettstående bærebjelke (7) nederst solid festet til tverrbjelken (8) som er forbundet med og hviler på to av traktorens 3-punktuttak (9), en skrått-stående bærebjelke (11) festet til det tredje 3-punktuttak (10). Til en av sidene for heisbukken er anordnet en bevegelig utliggerbom (15) festet til traktoren med
kuleforbindelse (16) og i toppen med kjetting e. 1., forbundet med heisbukkens topp (17, 18, 12).
Mellom bærebjelkene (7, 11) er opp-hengt med kjettingfeste en wiretrinse (13) som fører wiren fra spolen (5) over trin-sen (19) ytterst på utliggerbommen (15) til tømmersaksen (20). Vindespillets aksel er elastisk tilkoplet kraftuttaksakselen med kuplingen (4) og kan være forsynt med håndbremse (3) betjenbar fra traktorens førersete ved wire (6). Akselen er på den annen side lagret under den opprettstående bærebjelke (7). Tverrbjelken (8) kan ha faste eller løse støtter mot marken for å oppta trykket under tunge løft.
Utliggerbommen kan, hvor forholdene tilsier det, flyttes over på den annen side av heisbukken til lager (16a), hvorved tøm-merstokken eller annen last lettere kan trekkes frem til traktoren, resp. over tøm-merdoningen, som eksempelvis er punktert angitt på tegningen (21) og festet til traktoren for opplessing.
Heisbukken såvel som utliggerbommen kan være utført av profiljern, rør eller annet hensiktsmessig materiale.

Claims (4)

1. Kombinert lunne- og lesseapparat for traktor som er utstyrt med en hydraulisk løfteanordning med en såkalt 3-punkt-opphengning («trepunktuttak») på hvilken, er anordnet en kran, som drives av vinde-spill der er tilkoplet traktorens kraftuttak, karakterisert ved en heisebukk (7, 11) som med et ben (7) hviler på en bjelke (8) der forbinder endene av de to nedre armer (9) i 3-punktopphengningen og hvis annet ben (11) er festet til det tredje oppheng-ningspunkt (10) i 3-punktuttaket og hvor den bakre ende av vindespillets aksel (2) er lagret under bjelken (8) fortrinnsvis rett under bukkens ene ben (7).
2. Kombinert lunne- og lesseapparat i henhold til påstand 1, karakterisert ved at en utliggerbom (15) med kuleforbindelse (16) er anbragt til en av sidene for heisbukken og med kjetting e. 1. er forbundet med heisbukkens topp (12).
3. Kombinert lunne- og lesseapparat i henhold til påstand 1—2, karakterisert ved at det til heisbukkens bærebjelker (7, 11) med kjetting e .1. er festet en wiretrinse (13) som fører wire (14) fra spill (5) over utliggerbommens trinse (19) til tømmer-saksen (20).
4. Kombinert lunne- og lesseapparat i henhold til påstand 1—3, karakterisert ved at vindespillet blir kontrollert ved hjelp av hovedclutch for traktoren.
