Description
Kartongeske med tett lengdeskjøt.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en kartongeske omfattende fire
innbyrdes sammenhengende sidevegger, hvorav to er forenet med hverandre ved hjelp av et sammenfoyningsfelt under dannelse av en sluttet hylse, hvorved sammenfoyningsfeltet og sideveggene på innsiden er belagt med et væsketett skikt av plast eller lignende.
Det særegne ved kartongesken i henhold til oppfinnelsen er at sammenfoyningsfeltet er avtynnet utover og deretter dobbeltbrettet,
og at en del av feltets plastbelagte innside er brettet utover
og tjener som festeflate for den sidevegg ved hvilken sammenfoyningsfeltet er festet.
Ved oppfinnelsen oppnås den fordel at kartongesken inni fremviser et heltubrutt plastskikt. Ved esker som er plastbelagt bare på innsiden vinnes videre den fordel at varmforseglingen av lengdeskjoten lettes ved at begge sammenfoyningsflater er plastbelagt.
Fortrinnsvis er oppfinnelsen ment tilpasset til slike kartongesker, som ved den ene eller begge ender fremviser fire endetilslutningsfliker, hvilke også er plastbelagt på innsiden, slik at man til disse i deres ut fra eskeåpningen utbrettede stilling, kan feste en oblat av plast eller plastbelagt papir. Oblaten festes herved passende ved hjelp av varmforsegling. Oppfinnelsen kai dog naturligvis også tilpasses mange andre emballasjer hvor man onsker en tettet lengdeskjot.
Den ved hjelp av sammenfoyningsfeltet fremstilte lengdeskjot-forsegling foretas passende ved hjelp av varmforsegling, hvorved oppvarmingen eksempelvis kan foregå ved hjelp av varmluft eller åpen flamme. Oppfinnelsen beskrives nærmere i det folgende under henvisning til de vedfoyde tegninger, som beskriver en eksempelvis foretrukket utforelsesform av oppfinnelsens gjenstand. Fig. 1 viser i perspektiv en fylt og delvis lukket emballasje i henhold til oppfinnelsen. Fig. 2 viser et snitt gjennom lengdeskjoten i en i og for seg kjent emballasje av den i fig. 1 viste type. Fig. B^vorledes emballasjens sammenfdyningsfelt i henhold til oppfinnelsen kan avtynnes. Fig. h viser til slutt et tverrsnitt gjennom lengdeskjoten hos en i henhold til oppfinnelsen utformet kartongeske.
Den i fig. 1 illustrerte emballasje omfatter fire innbyrdes sammenhengende sidevegger 1 samt fire endetilslutningsfliker 2, 3»^°g To av sideveggene 1 er forenet med hverandre ved hjelp av et sammenfoyningsfelt 6. Herigjennom dannes en helt sluttet hylse. Emballasjen vises i fig. 1 lukket ved hjelp av en oblat 75hvilken i endetilslutningsflikenes utbrettede stilling er festet til innsiden av disse. Denne oblat utgjores fortrinnsvis av et phstbelagt papir, men kan naturligvis bestå av annet material, som f. eks. ren plast.
Som det fremgår av figurene 2- k kan dæ i fig. 1 illustrerte emballasje være tilvirket av et kartongmaterial 8, som på sin innside er belagt med et plastskikt 9. Normalt erholdes ved slike emballasjer, som vist i fig. 2, en rå snittkant 10 hvilken lett suger opp væske eller fett fra emballa sjeinnholdet.
I henhold til oppfinnelsen er sammenfoyningsfeltet avtynnet således utover, som vist i fig. 3)at dette kan dobbeltbrettes uten alt for stor materialopphopning. Fortrinnsvis lar man
herved piastbelegget 9 forbli jevntykk, mens papp- eller kartong-
. materialet 8 avtynnes fra normal tykkelse nærmest den sidevegg 1, til hvilken feltet 6 fra begynnelsen er festet, til ytterst liten tykkelse ved feltets for dobbeltbrettingen 10 ytre kant 12. Herigjennom kan feltet 6, som det fremgår av fig. •+, dobbeltbrettes uten å bli tykkere enn hva som er tilfellet ved utforelsen i henhold til fig. 2. Ved utforelsen i henhold til fig. h erholdes imidlertid ikke den rå snittkant 10, men i stedet erholdes en av plast tettet kant 11.
Oppfinnelsen kan varieres innen vide grenser, eksempelvis kan lukkingen av eskens ende skje på mange andre måter enn den som er vist. Lukkes imidlertid esken ved hjelp av en innvendig plastbelagt oblat, som vist i fig. 1, erholdes i henhold til oppfinnelsen en fullstendig tett emballasje. En forsterkning og ytterligere tetting kan erholdes i emballsjens hjorner, om man ikke lar slissene mellom endetHslutningsflikene strekke seg helt inn til eskehjornene. Herigjennom erholdes nemlig ved flikenes utbretting små fiberstusser i hjornene, hvorigjennom oblatens fastsetting lettes. Etterlater man ved den indre del av disse slisser bare eskens indre plastskikt ugjennomskåret, erholder man et hjorne stykke av plast som overspenner hjornet^hvilket hjornestykke også letter oblatens fastsetting og dermed eskens tetning.
Claims (2)
1. Kartongeske omfattende fire innbyrdes sammenhengende sidevegger (1), hvorav to er forenet med hverandre ved hjelp av et sammenfoyningsfelt (6) under dannelse av en sluttet hylse, idet sammenfoyningsfeltet (6) og sideveggene (1) i det minste på-innsiden er belagt med et væsketett skikt (9) av plast eller lignende, karakterisert ved at sammenfoyningsfeltet (6) er avtynnet utover og dobbeltbrettet slik at en del av dets plastbelagte innside vender utad og tjener som festeflate for den sidevegg (1) ved hvilken sammenfoyningsfeltet (6) er festet.

Kartongkapsel som angitt i krav 1, karakterisert ved at sammenfoyningsfeltet (6) har et stort sett jevntykt plastbelegg (9), mens papp- eller kartongmaterialet (8) avtynnes fra normal tykkelse nærmest den sidevegg (1) ved hvilken feltet (6) fra begynnelsen er festet, til ytterst liten tykkelse ved feltets for dobbeltbrettingen fri ytre kant. (12).
