Sentrifugal vaskemaskin til rengjøring av injeksjonssprøyter. Centrifugal washing machine for cleaning injection syringes.
Cleaning of injection syringes is still carried out by hand in hospitals today. The syringes must be taken apart and the parts cleaned individually. The fact that this cleaning work in large hospitals where hundreds or thousands of injections are given daily with a shortage of nurses is an acute problem hardly needs to be highlighted.
Foreliggende oppfinnelse tilstreber en The present invention aims at one
økonomisk løsning av dette problem, og angår en sentrifugalvaskemaskin som er dreibar om en vertikal akse og har en med gjennombrudt vegg forsynt trommel i hvis akse der ligger en fast, rørformet munnstykkedel hvis vegg er forsynt med dyseåpninger, og ved beholderliknende holde-innretninger som hver er innrettet til å oppta delene av en oppdelt injeksjons-sprøyte, slik at for rengjøring av injeksjons-sprøyter kan holdeinnretningene med de economical solution to this problem, and concerns a centrifugal washing machine which can be rotated about a vertical axis and has a drum provided with a perforated wall in whose axis there is a fixed, tubular nozzle part whose wall is provided with nozzle openings, and in the case of container-like holding devices which each is designed to accommodate the parts of a divided injection syringe, so that for cleaning injection syringes the holding devices with the
innlagte sprøytedeler, stables på hverandre rundt trommelens innervegg og når vaskemaskinen settes i drift blir sprøytedelene godt rengjort både ved virkningen av væsketrykket og av sentrifugalvirkningen. inserted spray parts are stacked on top of each other around the inner wall of the drum and when the washing machine is put into operation the spray parts are thoroughly cleaned both by the effect of the liquid pressure and by the centrifugal effect.
For rengjøring av injeksjonsnålene i sentrifugalvaskemaskinen er sørget for Provision is made for cleaning the injection needles in the centrifugal washing machine
særlige nålholdere i form av formålstjen-lige, langhalsede trakter som injeksjonsnålene skyves inn i og som deretter settes løst inn i åpningene i trommelens sylindriske vegg i vaskemaskinen. special needle holders in the form of suitable, long-necked funnels into which the injection needles are pushed and which are then inserted loosely into the openings in the cylindrical wall of the drum in the washing machine.
Fig. 1 viser sentrifugalvaskemaskinen, delvis i snitt, og delvis i oppriss. Fig. 3 viser et snitt langs linjen III— III i fig. In the following, the invention will be explained with reference to the drawing which shows an exemplary embodiment of a device for carrying out this method. Fig. 1 shows the centrifugal washing machine, partly in section, and partly in elevation. Fig. 2 shows a container-like holding device in the opened state with parts of an injection syringe inserted therein, with the exception of the injection needle. Fig. 3 shows a section along the line III— III in fig. 2, but in the closed state of the device. Fig. 4 shows a longitudinal section along the line IV—IV in fig. 2, likewise in the closed state of the device. Figs 5 and 6 show in section and elevation needle holders in two different positions in the perforated wall of the washing machine. Fig. 1 shows an electrically driven centrifugal washing machine, which in the fixed housing a has a drum b which can be rotated about a vertical axis, whose cylindrical wall is provided with holes b>. In the machine, a pipeline c opens through which the machine is supplied with a washing liquid under pressure (e.g. water with a detergent). This pipeline has an end part ci lying in the drum along the vertical axis, the wall of which is provided with nozzle-like longitudinal slits c2.
I fig. In fig. 2, 3 and 4 show a holding device which consists of a container open at the ends. The lower part m of this container has a U-shaped cross-section and an upper part n likewise of U-shaped cross-section which forms a lid. The upper part and the lower part, which are both perforated on the side surfaces, are rotatably connected to each other at one end by means of the rivets m', so that the upper part can be rotated in relation to the lower part. In the lower part m, carrying parts are placed which serve to accommodate the individual parts of the injection syringe. Two of these support parts, which are denoted by oi and 02, are designed as transverse steps, with attachment points and ends bent towards the bottom, the ends being able to be pressed down into the side walls of the container and engage in flat hoops m2. On the two transverse steps 0i and 02, the long syringe parts are placed as shown in fig. 2. There is the glass cylinder pi, the glass cylinder holder p2 and the piston with the piston rod ps. For receiving the syringe tip part p<* >, a pedestal-shaped support part 03 is placed in the container m, which has a vertical slot into which the syringe tip part p4 can be inserted. Inside the lid b, for each syringe part pi, p2 and ps, two hoop-shaped retaining springs ri, r2 resp. r», r* or r5, re with the step part facing each other, and which are attached with their ends to the inside of the lid. These retaining springs are designed such that, when the container is closed, they form an engagement with the syringe parts stored on the transverse steps Oi and 02, and the springs hold these in place as shown in fig. 3 and 4. On the opposite side of the container m from the axis of rotation of the lid n, a locking bracket f is rotatably attached to its side walls, for which a transverse groove ni is placed at the corresponding end of the lid n. When the syringe parts are placed in the container with the lid n folded back and the hoop f turned so that it engages with its step part in the groove ni, the lid n will, with the help of the retaining springs ri -r<5, which rest on those on the cross steps oi and 02 resting syringe parts, the spring end is held in the closed position.
When cleaning injection syringes, these are taken apart and the parts put into containers m, n. These containers are then stacked up in the washing machine's drum b, in contact with the drum wall, as indicated by dashed lines in fig. 1, after which the machine is put into operation for the washing and cleaning process of the spray parts. Thereby, the washing liquid sprays out in a radial direction from the slot-shaped nozzles c2 in the pipeline ci and flushes the spray parts inserted in the holding devices. This cleaning process is at the same time reinforced by the centrifugal force. Depending on the size and capacity of the washing machine, thousands or more syringes can be cleaned at the same time. The insertion of the containers m, n can possibly be facilitated by placing these containers into the washing machine in groups in collection racks. After the cleaning process, the containers are brought into a sterilizer to sterilize the syringe parts, after which they can be packed sterile, e.g. wrapped in paper.
5 og 6. Nålene e blir skjøvet inn i disse holdere som deretter settes inn i hullene bi i trommelens b sylindriske veggdel. I fig. For cleaning the injection needles themselves, needle holders in the form of long-necked funnels d as shown in fig. 5 and 6. The needles e are pushed into these holders which are then inserted into the holes b in the cylindrical wall part of the drum b. In fig. 5, needle holders d are drawn in the position they assume when the drum is stationary b. If the drum rotates, they assume, according to the centrifugal force, the position drawn in fig. 6 and is also flushed through by the washing liquid that flows out of the pipe part ci.
