Description
Titel: Transportinrichting voor vaten.Title: Drum conveyor.
The invention relates to a transport device for barrels, such as bottles, cans and the like containers, with a transport surface consisting of endless belts and / or plate chains as an upper part and a lower part returned under this plane with associated turning stations, the tracks being in one frame supported.
Such conveying devices are used in particular in the beverage industry, for example for transporting bottles or other vessels between the individual treatment machines. The transport devices form, for example, the connection between an unpacking machine and a cleaning machine, in order to supply empty bottles from returned crates to the actual cleaning machine. Such conveying connections also exist to inspection and filling machines, etc. On these tracks and further conveying tracks it is inevitable that drink splashes, liquid residues and the like will cause certain contaminants on the belts, which may become sources of infection during filling.
The object of the invention is based on the improvement of these known transport devices in particular from a hygienic point of view, by excluding that deposits and similar sources of infection can result in beverage processing machines.
This object is achieved by the features mentioned in the characterization of the claims.
Periodic and / or continuous cleaning is made possible with the help of the indicated means, which, if desired, can also be linked to the normal cleaning program of the machines in question. Apart from that, a special disinfectant cleaning fluid can be added in any desired way.
To illustrate the invention, some embodiments of the transport device will be described with reference to the drawing.
Fig. 1 is a side view of a vessel transportion device; FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the device of FIG. 1, with a rotatable nozzle body constructed as a tube; Fig. 3 shows a nozzle body which can be moved back and forth transversely to the direction of transport; and Fig. 4 shows a nozzle body in the form of a nozzle carriage.
The known conveyor devices for drums consist of plate chains, belts and the like, of which an upper part 1 forms the actual transport surface and the lower part 2 moving in the opposite direction is the return part of the conveyor. The plate chains or belts are guided and supported in the region of the upper run by guide rails and are returned in the corresponding manner by return wheels. The entire construction is accommodated in a transport frame 3 that stands on legs 4. The transport frame 3 can be of tub-like design or be provided with a special tub which serves for draining liquid which has been supplied to the upper part 1. Such conveying devices are generally assembled segment-wise into a complete conveying path and may comprise several belts or plate chains side by side. Lateral and above the transport surface there are side guides for laterally delimiting the intended bottle transport path 6.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in Fig. 2, a cleaning device 7 is situated between the upper part 1 and the lower part 2, with which surfaces 8,9 facing each other can be treated separately or simultaneously with a cleaning liquid. Preferably, the cleaning device 7 is designed as a rotating nozzle body 10, which extends approximately parallel to the conveying direction and can reach all bottles in the inner part of the conveying device by corresponding rotations. In a simplified embodiment, the nozzle body 10 can be designed as a constantly rotating tube with correspondingly arranged nozzles or it can also be rotatably mounted within a certain angular range between the upper part 1 and the lower part 2. In a further unsealed variant, the elongated nozzle bodies 10 can also be mounted directly on the transport frame 3, respectively. are arranged on a tub 11 on one or both sides and are rotated in such a way that they cover practically all predetermined and desired inner surfaces of the upper part 1, of the lower part 2 as well as possibly the inner surfaces of a tub. It is conceivable within the scope of the invention that the nozzle body is arranged stationary in the area of the transport frame 3 and can cover the entire field with a corresponding number of nozzles directed on one side or on both sides.
According to the exemplary embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the mouthpiece body 10 can be moved back and forth between the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 in the direction of arrow 12, wherein means may be present which make it possible for the nozzles to be attached to the mouthpiece body 10 each time. reaching the outer boundaries make a certain rotational movement, which then permits spraying of the desired surfaces outwards, so that it is ensured that almost all areas can be treated with cleaning liquid. A further variant can be developed from this embodiment, shown in fig. 3, in which the nozzle body is guided by chains in its movement indicated in the direction of arrow 12 and can thus practically also be diverted from the inside of the lower part to the outside and thereby practically covers the entire job. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 4, the nozzle body 10 is designed in the form of a nozzle carriage 13, which can be driven back and forth between the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 and against the direction of transport. For this purpose the carriage 13 has guide rollers 14 which are received and guided in U-shaped rails 15. The carriage 13 itself can be moved by motor or hand. Preferably, nozzle tubes 16 are arranged on the top and bottom side transverse to the direction of movement. However, it is also conceivable for a nozzle tube to be arranged in the center of the carriage, which extends below the entire transverse side and is equipped with corresponding connections.
As a drive system for the nozzle bodies, a water motor, a cylinder / piston arrangement and the like can be provided, of which each pressurized liquid, i.e. the emptying side of the engine or cylinder, present in the form of the used spray liquid, immediately before spraying on the nozzle body is supplied and can therefore be used advantageously.
