Abstract

A device (1) according to the invention efficiently washes away spilled powdered material from a relative large area. The powdered material may fall off from a conveyor belt. The device (1) is particular suitable to be used at industrial plants where powdered mineral is transported, such as dressed ore. The device (1) comprises a plurality of nozzles (2) attached along the length of an oblong element of the device (1). Water jets from the nozzles (2) reflect against an inner back wall (5). An advantage with the device (1) is that it provides improved availability of production at the industrial plant compared to previous known devices, systems and methods.
