Abstract

The vibratory machine is for finishing the surfaces of a component with grinding material. It as a gyratory assembly comprising motor-driven eccentric weights (55, 61) on a vertical shaft (54) mounted in a housing (10), together with spring mountings (17) for the latter. A virtually horizontal curved working chamber (31) has an annular component (32) mounted on the housing, and a second such component coaxial to it can be rotated in relation to it on a vertical axis, having a seal mounted on it bearing against the first component. A rotary drive assembly, fixed in relation to the housing, has supports driven round a vertical axis by a motor (72), and on them the rotary annular component is mounted. A hydraulic cylinder separates the component being finished from the grinding material, and removes it.
