Abstract
Gas jet e.g., of air is directed upwardly into a convergent duct so as to entrain raw liq., e.g., sewage, and produce an upward flow of a mixt. of gas and liq. The resulting mixed flow is directed into a second convergent duct to entrain further raw liq. and disperse it to oxygenate the sewage.
