Abstract
The present invention discloses an automatic cigarette box unloading device, including a trolley, a first conveying mechanism and a second conveying mechanism mounted on 5 the trolley, the first conveying mechanism being located behind the second conveying mechanism, the trolley being provided with a driving mechanism configured to drive the second conveying mechanism to swing, and in the front of the second conveying mechanism being provided with a pushing mechanism configured to ensure neat stacking of a cigarette box. When a cigarette box is being stacked, the cigarette box is 10 conveyed to the second conveying mechanism through the first conveying mechanism, then the driving mechanism drives the second conveying mechanism to swing, so that a height of the pushing mechanism is raised to a corresponding height, achieving automatic stacking of the cigarette box, and reducing labor intensity.
Description
[01] The present invention relates to the technical field of stacking of cigarette boxes, more particularly to an automatic cigarette box unloading device.
[02] Automated logistics system is the core of modern logistics technologies and is a model of the combination of mechanical and electronic technology. It is composed of logistics equipment with certain intelligence and a computer management and control system. During the production of cigarettes, the finished cigarettes produced by each cigarette wrapping unit are sent to a centralized box packaging area of a workshop through a cigarette carton conveying line, and then are packaged into boxes by a box packaging machine.
[03] However, existing cigarette boxes are mostly loaded, unloaded and stored through a forklift, which takes time and effort to disassemble and transport, and at the same time, the stacking is poor in neatness and is easy to be scattered.
[04] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an automatic cigarette box unloading device which can achieve automatic stacking of cigarette boxes and ensure neat stacking of cigarette boxes.
[05] The present invention employs the following technical scheme to solve the technical problems.
[06] An automatic cigarette box unloading device includes a trolley, a first conveying mechanism and a second conveying mechanism mounted on the trolley, the first conveying mechanism being located behind the second conveying mechanism, the trolley being provided with a driving mechanism configured to drive the second conveying mechanism to swing, and in the front of the second conveying mechanism being provided a pushing mechanism configured to ensure neat stacking of a cigarette box.
[07] Further, the first conveying mechanism includes a first conveying belt, the trolley 1s provided with a first bracket, the first bracket is fixed on the trolley, and the first conveying belt is mounted on an upper end of the first bracket and runs in the first bracket.
[08] Further, the second conveying mechanism includes a second conveying belt and a second bracket configured to support the second conveying belt, the second conveying belt is mounted in the second bracket and runs in the second bracket, a rear end of the second bracket is provided with a support frame, an upper end of the support frame 1s connected to the second bracket in a rotating manner, and a lower end of the support frame is connected to the trolley in a rotating manner;
[09] the driving mechanism includes a first hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder body end of the first hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the trolley, and a piston rod end of the first hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the second bracket.
[10] Further, the trolley is provided with a guide plate configured to guide a swinging track of the second bracket, the guide plate defines thereon a guide hole, an outside end of the second bracket is provided with a first guide wheel, and the first guide wheel fits with the guide hole.
[11] Further, the pushing mechanism includes a third bracket, third conveying belts configured to convey the cigarette box forward are provided symmetrically in the third bracket, a moving plate is provided in the third bracket, a driving mechanism configured to drive the moving plate to move back and forth is provided in the third bracket, the moving plate is provided with a lifting frame, two sides of the third bracket are provided with a guide rail configured to guide a movement track of the moving plate, the lifting frame is provided with a sucker, and a front end of the third bracket is provided with a positioning mechanism configured to fix left and right positions of the cigarette box.
[12] Further, a front end of the second bracket is connected to a rear end of the third bracket in a rotating manner, the front end of the second bracket is provided with a second hydraulic cylinder, a lower end of the third bracket is provided with a swing rod, an upper end of the swing rod is fixedly connected to the third bracket, a cylinder body end of the second hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the second bracket, and a piston rod end of the second hydraulic cylinder is hinged to a lower end of the swing rod.
[13] Further, the driving mechanism employs a screw nut driving mode, a guide rod configured to guide a movement of the moving plate is provided in the third bracket, two ends of the guide rod are fixed on an inner wall of the third bracket, the guide rod passes through the moving plate and is connected to the moving plate in a sliding manner.
[14] Further, the moving plate defines therein a through hole, a lower end surface of the lifting frame is provided with a lifting rod, and a lower end of the lifting rod extends into the through hole and is connected to the through hole in a sliding manner;
[15] the guide rail includes a slant portion located in the middle and horizontal portions located at two ends of the slant portion, and the slant portion tilts upward from back to front;
[16] two ends of the lifting frame are provided with second guide wheels, the second guide wheels are distributed symmetrically up and down, a cylindrical surface of the second guide wheel defines thereon a recess, the recesses of the up and down second guide wheels are spliced into a circle, and the guide rail passes through the circle spliced by the recesses.
[17] Further, the positioning mechanism includes a push plate configured to flap a lateral surface of the cigarette box, and a cylinder mounted on a front end of the third bracket to drive the action of the push plate, the front end of a left lateral surface of the third bracket is provided with a mounting bracket, a cylinder body end of the cylinder is fixed on the mounting bracket, and a piston rod end of the cylinder is connected to the push plate.
[18] Further, a front end of the trolley is provided with a leg, the trolley is provided with a mounting base, the leg is connected to the mounting base in a rotating manner, a third hydraulic cylinder configured to drive the leg to rotate is provided between the mounting base and the leg, a cylinder body end of the third hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the mounting base, and a piston rod end of the third hydraulic cylinder is hinged to the leg.
[19] The present invention has the following beneficial effects.
[20] 1. The present invention is provided with a trolley, a first conveying mechanism and a second conveying mechanism mounted on the trolley, the first conveying mechanism being located behind the second conveying mechanism, the trolley being provided with a driving mechanism configured to drive the second conveying mechanism to swing. When a cigarette box is being stacked, the cigarette box is conveyed to the second conveying mechanism through the first conveying mechanism, then the driving mechanism drives the second conveying mechanism to swing, so that a height of the pushing mechanism is raised to a corresponding height, achieving automatic stacking of the cigarette box, and reducing labor intensity.
[21] 2. During the process of stacking, the trolley moves accordingly so as to conduct stacking at different positions, enabling convenient operation.
[22] 3. According to the present invention, in the front of the second conveying mechanism is provided a pushing mechanism configured to ensure neat stacking of a cigarette box, the pushing mechanism can fix the front and rear, left and right positions of the stacked cigarette box, ensuring neat stacking and avoiding falling scattered.
[23] 4. According to the present invention, the trolley is provided with a guide plate configured to guide a swinging track of the second bracket, the guide plate defines thereon a guide hole, an outside end of the second bracket is provided with a first guide wheel, the first guide wheel fits with the guide hole, the first hydraulic cylinder drives the second conveying belt to swing; during the process of swinging of the second conveying belt, the guide hole guides a back and forth track of swinging of the second bracket, and the support frame swings accordingly, ensuring the front end of the second bracket to have fixed front and rear positions and correspond to the position of the stack of the cigarette boxes all the time, thereby facilitating the operation of stacking and meanwhile facilitating the pushing mechanism to position the stack of the cigarette boxes neatly.

A moving plate is provided in the third bracket, the moving plate is provided with a lifting frame, two sides of the third bracket are provided with a guide rail 5 configured to guide a movement track of the moving plate, the lifting frame is provided with a first push plate, a front end of the third bracket is provided with a positioning mechanism configured to fix left and right positions of the cigarette box. A sensor switch configured to sense the position of the cigarette box is provided in the third bracket, when a cigarette box passes, the moving plate and the lifting frame move forward, and the lifting frame rises under the action of the guide rail, so that the first push plate rises up from inside the frame, the first push plate pushes the cigarette box forward, and when the first push plate fixes the front and rear positions of the cigarette box, the positioning mechanism on the lifting frame pushes a lateral surface of the cigarette box to realize the fixing of left and right positions of the cigarette box, so that the stacked cigarette box is neater and will not fall scattered.

The positioning mechanism includes a second push plate configured to flap a lateral surface of the cigarette box, and a cylinder mounted on a front end of the third bracket to drive the action of the second push plate, the lifting frame moves forward with the moving plate, the first push plate pushes the cigarette box forward from the rear side, after the front and rear positions of the cigarette box are fixed, the cylinder drives the second push plate to push the cigarette box from the lateral surface, so that the left and right positions of the cigarette box are aligned, ensuring the neat stacking of the cigarette box

[34] As shown in FIG. 1, an automatic cigarette box unloading device includes a trolley 1, a first conveying mechanism and a second conveying mechanism mounted on the trolley 1, the first conveying mechanism being located behind the second conveying mechanism, the trolley 1 being provided with a driving mechanism configured to drive the second conveying mechanism to swing, and in the front of the second conveying mechanism being provided a pushing mechanism configured to ensure neat stacking of a cigarette box.
[35] When a cigarette box is being stacked, the cigarette box is conveyed to the second conveying mechanism through the first conveying mechanism, then the driving mechanism drives the second conveying mechanism to swing, so that a height of the pushing mechanism is raised to a corresponding height, achieving automatic stacking of the cigarette box, and reducing labor intensity. During the process of stacking, the trolley 1 moves accordingly so as to conduct stacking at different positions, enabling convenient operation. Meanwhile, the pushing mechanism can fix the front and rear, left and right positions of the stacked cigarette box, ensuring neat stacking and avoiding falling scattered.
[36] As shown in FIG. 1, the first conveying mechanism includes a first conveying belt 2, the trolley 1 is provided with a first bracket 3, the first bracket 3 is fixed on the trolley 1 through a leg, the first conveying belt 2 is mounted on an upper end of the first bracket 3 and runs in the first bracket 3, and the upper end of the first bracket 3 is provided with an electric motor configured to drive the first conveying belt 2 to run.
[37] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the second conveying mechanism includes a second conveying belt 4 and a second bracket 5 configured to support the second conveying belt 4, the second conveying belt 4 is mounted in the second bracket 5 and runs in the second bracket 5, a rear end of the second bracket 5 is provided with a support frame 7, an upper end of the support frame 7 is connected to the second bracket 5 in a rotating manner, and a lower end of the support frame 7 is connected to the trolley 1 in a rotating manner; the support frame 7 includes a horizontal rod in the middle and vertical rods located at two ends of the horizontal rod, the two vertical rods correspond to two sides of the second bracket 5 respectively and are connected to the second bracket in a rotating manner, and a lower end of the vertical rod is connected to the trolley in a rotating manner; the driving mechanism includes a first hydraulic cylinder 6, a cylinder body end of the first hydraulic cylinder 6 is hinged to the trolley 1, a piston rod end of the first hydraulic cylinder 6 is hinged to the second bracket 5, and the first hydraulic cylinders 6 are distributed symmetrically at two sides of the second bracket 5.
[38] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the trolley 1 is provided with a guide plate 8 configured to guide a swinging track of the second bracket 5, the number of the guide plate 8 is two, the two guide plates 8 are distributed symmetrically at two sides of the second bracket 5, the guide plate 8 defines thereon a guide hole 9, an outside end of the second bracket 5 is provided with a first guide wheel 10, the first guide wheel 10 fits with the guide hole 9, the first guide wheel 10 rolls along the guide hole 9, the guide hole 9 includes a curved hole curving backward located in the middle and curved holes curving forward located at the upper and lower ends. The second bracket 5 is provided with a guide plate 11, and the guide plate 11 is configured to position the cigarette box to prevent the cigarette box from falling off.
[39] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the first hydraulic cylinder 6 drives the second conveying belt 4 to swing; during the process of swinging of the second conveying belt 4, the guide hole 9 guides a back and forth track of the second bracket 5 during the process of swinging, and the support frame 7 swings accordingly, ensuring the front end of the second bracket 5 to have fixed front and rear positions and correspond to the position of the stack of cigarette boxes all the time, thereby facilitating the pushing mechanism to position the stack of cigarette boxes neatly.
[40] As shown in FIG.3, the pushing mechanism includes a third bracket 12, the third bracket 12 is located at the end of the cigarette box conveying line, third conveying belts 13 configured to convey the cigarette box forward are provided symmetrically in the third bracket 12, two ends of the third conveying belts 13 are provided with conveying wheels, the third conveying belt 13 fits with the conveying wheel, the conveying wheel is supported on an inner wall of the third bracket 12 and is connected to the inner wall of the third bracket 12 in a rotating manner, the conveying wheels on the two sides are connected through a connecting rod, a driving electric motor configured to drive the connecting rod to rotate is provided in the frame, the electric motor drives the conveying wheel to rotate, thereby driving the third conveying belts 13 to run in the third bracket 12, a moving plate 14 is provided in the third bracket 12, a driving mechanism configured to drive the moving plate 14 to move back and forth is provided in the third bracket 12, the moving plate 14 is provided with a lifting frame 15, two sides of the third bracket 12 are provided with a guide rail 16 configured to guide a movement track of the moving plate 14, the lifting frame 15 is provided with a sucker 17, wherein two suckers 17 are provided bilaterally symmetrical in the present embodiment, when the cigarette box is not conveyed, an upper edge of the sucker 17 is lower than a conveying surface of the conveying belt; a front end of the third bracket 12 is provided with a positioning mechanism configured to fix left and right positions of the cigarette box.
When a cigarette box is being stacked, the cigarette box is conveyed to the frame through the conveying line, the convey belt on the frame continues conveying the cigarette box forward, a sensor switch configured to sense the position of the cigarette box is provided in the frame, the driving mechanism drives the moving plate 14 to move forward, during the process of forward moving of the moving plate 14, the lifting frame 15 moves forward accordingly, and the lifting frame 15 rises under the action of the guide rail 16, so that the first push plate rises up from inside the frame, then the moving plate 14 continues moving forward, the first push plate pushes the cigarette box forward, and when the first push plate fixes the front and rear positions of the cigarette box, the positioning mechanism on the lifting frame pushes a lateral surface of the cigarette box to realize the fixing of left and right positions of the cigarette box, so that the stacked cigarette box is neater and will not fall scattered.
After the stacking of the cigarette box is completed, the moving plate returns, the lifting frame descends under the action of the guide rail, and the first push plate is hidden, not interfering in the conveyance of a next cigarette box.
[41] As shown in FIG. 2, the front end of the second bracket 5 is connected to a rear end of the third bracket 12 in a rotating manner through a pin shaft, the front end of the second bracket 5 is provided with a second hydraulic cylinder 26, a lower end of the third bracket 12 is provided with a swing rod 27, an upper end of the swing rod 27 1s fixedly connected to the third bracket 12, a cylinder body end of the second hydraulic cylinder 26 is hinged to the second bracket 5, and a piston rod end of the second hydraulic cylinder 26 is hinged to a lower end of the swing rod 27; the second hydraulic cylinder 26 may drive the third bracket 12 to swing, and the third bracket may swing with the swinging of the second bracket, thereby ensuring that the third bracket is in a horizontal state all the time to facilitate the straightening of the cigarette box.
[42] As shown in FIG. 3, the driving mechanism employs a screw nut driving mode, a sprocket-chain driving mode or a belt driving mode, an electric motor configured to drive the screw to rotate is provided in the frame, two ends of the screw are connected to an inner wall of the frame in a rotating manner, the screw 18 passes through the moving plate 14 and is connected to the moving plate 14 through thread, the method to drive through the screw 18 nut is an existing technology, and no further description is needed here. A guide rod 19 configured to guide a movement of the moving plate 14 is provided in the third bracket 12, two ends of the guide rod 19 are fixed on an inner wall of the third bracket 12, the guide rods 19 are distributed symmetrically at two sides of the screw 18, an axial direction of the guide rod 19 is leveled to that of the screw 18, the guide rod 19 passes through the moving plate 14 and is connected to the moving plate 14 in a sliding manner. When the sensor switch senses the passing of the cigarette box, the electric motor drives the screw to rotate, the moving plate 14 moves back and forth along the guide rod 19 under the function of the screw nut, and at this time the front and rear positions of the cigarette box to be stacked are aligned under the function of the sucker 17.
[43] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the moving plate 14 defines therein a through hole, a lower end surface of the lifting frame 15 is provided with a lifting rod 20, and a lower end of the lifting rod 20 extends into the through hole and is connected to the through hole through a linear bearing in a sliding manner; in the present embodiment, two through holes and two lifting rods 20 are provided respectively, which are distributed bilaterally symmetrical. The guide rail 16 includes a slant portion located in the middle and horizontal portions located at two ends of the slant portion, and the slant portion tilts upward from back to front. Two ends of the lifting frame 15 are provided with second guide wheels 21, the second guide wheels 21 are distributed symmetrically up and down, a cylindrical surface of the second guide wheel 21 defines thereon a recess, the recesses of the up and down second guide wheels 21 are spliced into a circle, the recess fits with the guide rail 16, and the guide rail 16 passes through the circle spliced by the recesses. When the lifting frame 15 moves forward, the guide wheel fits with the guide rail 16, and under the function of the slant part, the lifting rod 20 moves up and down.
[44] As shown in FIG. 3, the positioning mechanism includes a push plate 22 configured to flap a lateral surface of the cigarette box, and a cylinder 23 mounted on a front end of the third bracket 12 to drive the action of the push plate 22, the front end of a left lateral surface of the third bracket 12 is provided with a mounting bracket 24, a cylinder body end of the cylinder 23 is fixed on the mounting bracket 24, and a piston rod end of the cylinder 23 is connected to the push plate 22. The lifting frame moves forward with the moving plate, the first push plate pushes the cigarette box forward from the rear side, after the front and rear positions of the cigarette box are fixed, the cylinder drives the push plate 22 to push the cigarette box from the lateral surface, so that the left and right positions of the cigarette box are aligned, ensuring the neat stacking of the cigarette box.
[45] As shown in FIG. 1, a front end of the trolley 1 is provided with a leg 25, the trolley 1 is provided with a mounting base 28, the leg 25 is connected to the mounting base 28 in a rotating manner, a third hydraulic cylinder 29 configured to drive the leg 25 to rotate 1s provided between the mounting base 28 and the leg 25, a cylinder body end of the third hydraulic cylinder 29 is hinged to the mounting base 28, and a piston rod end of the third hydraulic cylinder 29 is hinged to the leg 25. The third hydraulic cylinder 29 drives the leg 25 to rotate, so that the leg 25 is supported on the ground, ensuring the trolley 1 to be more stable, safer and more reliable.
