In use, the placing ring 78 is taken out, and the instrument to be disinfected is placed on the placing mesh 73; and then the placing ring 78 is placed on the support ring 76, and the box door 3 is closed. The remaining water drops on the in- strument will drop on the draining tray 72, preventing the water drops from falling to the bottom of the disinfection box and dif- ficult to be removed.
In this particular embodiment, the rotary disc 71 is connect- ed to the box bottom of the disinfection box 2 via a bearing, and a support rod 75 is fixedly connected to a top of the rotary disc.
The support rod 75 is provided at the periphery of the draining tray 72. A support ring 76 is provided at the top of the support ring 75. A placing ring 78 is provided at the top of the support ring 76, and a placing mesh 73 is placed in the placing ring 78.
The placing mesh 73 is located at the top of the draining tray 72 and opposite to the draining tray 72. Handles 77 are fixedly con- nected to both sides of the outer wall at the top of the draining tray 72. A bottom box 22 is provided at the bottom of the disin- fection box 2, and a motor 74 is provided in the bottom box 22.
The bottom of the disinfection box 2 is further provided with a liquid discharge port (not shown in the figure) in communication with the draining tray 72 and the cavity of the disinfection box 2, and the liquid discharge port is provided with an on-off valve.
The disinfection device in the present embodiment is further provided with a disinfection verification device 8 provided at the tail end of the disinfection box 2. As shown in FIG. 3, the disin- fection verification device 8 comprises a shut-off valve 11, an accommodating cavity 12 connected to the shut-off valve 11, a bio- logical indicator fixing device 13 and a sealing cover 14 hermeti- cally connected to a housing of the accommodating cavity 12.
Wherein, a biological indicator pushing rod 15 is provided through the middle of the sealing cover 14; one end of the pushing rod is provided with a limiting block 16, and the other end is fixedly connected to the biological indicator fixing device 13. The bio-
logical indicator fixing device is used for placing a biological indicator 17. The pushing rod is capable of pushing the biological indicator fixing device 13 to the inside of the housing through the shut-off valve 11. An end of the sealing cover 14 and an oppo- site end of the limiting block 16 are provided with a sliding sealing assembly 18, and the sliding sealing assembly 18 is capa- ble of keeping the pushing rod sealed with the sealing cover dur- ing sliding. The biological indicator fixing device 13 carries the biological indicator 17 through the shut-off valve 11 and is pushed into the disinfection box, which can truly reflect and ver- ify the gas disinfection effect during the disinfection process of the device.
In the present embodiment, a pressure-relief high-efficiency filtering device is further provided at the tail end of the disin- fection box 2, which comprises a pressure-relief high-efficiency filter 19, a pressure-relief pipeline 20 and a shut-off valve 21.
Wherein one end of the pressure-relief high-efficiency filter 19 is in communication with the inside of a box body of the disinfec- tion box 2 via the pressure-relief pipeline 20, and the shut-off valve 21 is provided on the same section of the pressure-relief pipeline 20; and the pressure-relief pipeline 20 at the other end of the pressure-relief high-efficiency filter 19 is in communica- tion with the housing at a downstream end of an exhaust port air- tight valve.
The pressure-relief high-efficiency filtering device is main- ly used for safe pressure relief of the disinfection box 2 during the disinfection process. Because the disinfection box 2 is gener- ally a closed structure during the gas disinfection process, the pressure in the whole disinfection system will gradually increase during the disinfection process. There is a greater risk of damag- ing the disinfection box 2, and it is easy to cause the leakage of disinfection gas to the outside of the disinfection box 2, which may pose a personal threat to surrounding personnel. During the disinfection process, by opening the shut-off valve 21 of the pressure-relief high-efficiency filtrating device, the excess gas causing the pressure increase can be discharged to the exhaust pipe downstream of the high-efficiency filtration device after high-efficiency filtrating, and finally to the outside, thereby safely and effectively reducing the pressure in the disinfection system.
In the present embodiment, a set of drying heads 9 are also respectively provided on the inner walls of both sides of the in- side of the disinfection box 2, the drying heads 9 are connected to a fan (not shown in the figure) via an air supply pipe, and a heating device 10 is provided inside the drying heads 9. The heat- ing device 10 can be selected as an electric heating rod or an electric heating wire, and the heating device 10 is used for heat- ing air so that the drying heads 9 blow hot air to dry the disin- fected instruments.
In the present embodiment, the disinfection gas injection port 4 and the disinfection gas discharge port 5 are both a sealed interface with a shut-off valve, and an interface end of the sealed interface is also provided with a sealing cover. A sealing strip is provided on the inner side of the box door 3, making the contact between the box door 3 and the box body of the disinfec- tion box 2 well sealed.
In this embodiment, a far infrared light and ultraviolet light (not shown) are further installed on the front and rear in- ner walls of the disinfect box 2 to perform photodisinfection of instruments.
The disinfection device provided in this embodiment can per- form spray disinfection, gas disinfection and light disinfection on the instrument, and each disinfection mode can be flexibly se- lected according to the actual situation of the instrument. When performing spray disinfection, the disinfection liquid in the dis- infection storage device is pressurized to the spray head 6 by the liquid supply pump, and the spray disinfection is performed on the device through the spray head 6. When performing gas disinfection, disinfection gas is injected at the disinfection gas injection port 4 to perform gas disinfection on the instrument in the box body. The disinfection gas is discharged after a certain time, and is recovered at the disinfection gas discharge port 5. In this process, the gas disinfection effect is observed through the dis- infection verification device 8 at all times. When performing light disinfection, the far infrared light and ultraviolet light are turned on to irradiate the instruments.
The present invention uses specific examples to illustrate the principles and implementation of the present invention. The description of the above embodiments is only used to help under- stand the method and core idea of the present invention. At the same time, those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that many changes can be made in the specific embodiments and applica- tions of the present invention in light of the above teachings. In conclusion, this description should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
