Abstract

The present disclosure provides an individually wrapped lycium anthocyanidin facial mask. The technical problem of unstable color of a lycium anthocyanidin concentrate is solved successfully by screening a formulation of raw materials. Thus, proanthocyanidin rich in Lycium rulhenicum, as essence of formulated concentrate, is fully used to whiten the skin, increase skin elasticity, remove freckles and prevent skin damage caused by sunlight eXposure, and the problems that the existing anthocyanidin mask powder products are inconvenient to use and carry are solved. The lycium anthocyanidin facial mask provided by the present disclosure contains a plurality of whitening and moisturizing ingredients, which can deeply permeate into deep skin to make the skin tender and beautiful, replenish water deeply and prevent skin moisture loss, increase skin elasticity, reduce fine wrinkles, and improve uneven skin tone. The product is free of any fragrance, pigment, and preservative, safe, and nonirritant.

Description

INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED LYCIUM ANTHOCYANIDIN FACIAL MASK TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present disclosure relates to a facial mask, and in particular to an individually wrapped lycium anthocyanidin facial mask.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] Lycium ruthenicum Murr. belongs to the genus Lycium L. of the family Solanaceae. The plant is a multispinous shrub, which is ramose, with hard branches, the branches are often curved in a zigzag manner and white in color. ZL. ruthenicum Murr. is a perennial shrub, widely distributed in northern Shanxi, Ningxia, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, and Tibet. As recorded in the Jing Zhu Materia Medica and the Four Medical Tantras, ripe fruits thereof are used as drug for the treatment of new fever, heart diseases, irregular menstruation, menelipsis, and other illnesses in Tibetan medicine; as recorded in the Collection of Uygur Herbs. The fruit and root bark of L. ruthenicum can treat urethral calculi and bleeding gums, and in the folk, Z. ruthenicum is used as enriching and invigorating medicinals, eye-brightening medicinal, and antihypertensive drugs.
[03] LI. ruthenicum is rich in proanthocyanidin. The anthocyanidin is safe, non-toxic, and resourceful, which are natural pigments advocated by modern people and have a substantial application potential in the aspects of food, medicine, and daily chemical products. Proanthocyanidin has effects of anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, uvioresistant, radiation-resistant, sunscreen whitening, convergence moisturizing. Compared with other antioxidants, proanthocyanidin has very high antioxidant activity, which are 50 times that of VE and 20 times that of VC. Proanthocyanidin can whiten the skin, increase the skin elasticity, remove freckles, and prevent skin damage caused by sunlight exposure. Moreover, proanthocyanidin also has an excellent moisturizing effect, can reconstruct collagen and protect the skin from free radical attack, and inhibit enzyme degradation.
[04] Proanthocyanidin plays multiple roles in cosmetics and is currently developed for use as anti-inflammatory agent, oral deodorant, or skin whitening agent. US Pat No. 16817299 teaches a sunscreen, which contains 60% oligomeric proanthocyanidin extract; Indena company (Italy) develops Phytosome, which is used to eliminate skin inflammation and improve circulation; in Japan, a hamamelitannin whitening emulsion 1s developed, which can remove dark spots or has whitening effect. For the researches on proanthocyanidin, China patent (CN201610368454.3) discloses a L. ruthenicum anthocyanidin mask powder and a preparation method thereof, which is a typical topical application of traditional Chinese medicine. However, when the mask powder being used, other concoctions need to be added, and there are problems of strong smell of traditional Chinese medicine and inconvenience to clean and carry; at the same time, lycium anthocyanidin is an antioxidant, but it is readily oxidizable, when added as a raw material in liquid form, there is a technical problem of unstable color.
SUMMARY
[05] The present disclosure successfully solves the technical problem of the unstable color of a lycium anthocyanidin concentrate by screening a formulation of raw materials. In the present disclosure, high-quality dried ZL. ruthenicum fruit as the raw material is extracted and concentrated at a low temperature, and the resulting lycium anthocyanidin concentrate 1s used as an added raw material to develop an individually wrapped facial mask.
[06] An objective of the present disclosure is to develop an individually wrapped lycium anthocyanidin facial mask. The technical problem of unstable color of a lycium anthocyanidin concentrate is solved successfully by screening a formulation of raw materials. Thus, proanthocyanidin rich in L. ruthenicum, as essence of formulated concentrate, is fully used to whiten the skin, increase skin elasticity, remove freckles and prevent skin damage caused by sunlight exposure, and problems that the existing anthocyanidin mask powder products are inconvenient to use and carry are solved.
[07] To achieve the above objective, the technical solution of the present disclosure is:
[08] An individually wrapped lycium anthocyanidin facial mask, wherein the individually wrapped lycium anthocyanidin facial mask comprises a formulated concentrate with whitening and moisturizing effects, which is formulated by using Lvcium ruthenicum anthocyanidin concentrate extracted from Lycium ruthenicum as raw material, a natural silk mask sheet and a packaging bag; wherein the formulated concentrate is formulated by the following materials by weight: 1% to 1.5% of L. ruthenicum anthocyanidin concentrate, 1.5% to 2% of Ningxia lycium fruit extract, 0.05% to 0.2% of glabridin, 1% to 3% of pearl hydrolyzate, 0.1% to 0.3% of jojoba oil, 0.05% to 0.1% of nicotinamide, 0.1% to 0.5% of betaine, 0.05% to 0.2% of sodium hyaluronate, 4% to 8% of butanediol, 0.5% to 1.5% of biosaccharide gum, 0.05% to 0.1% of sodium carbomer,
0.1% to 1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 0.3% to 1% of glycerol caprylate, 1% to 2.5% of caprylyl glycol, 1% to 1.5% of ethylhexylglycerin, and deionized water to 100%; the facial mask is prepared by placing the natural silk mask sheet in the packaging bag, stirring the formulated concentrate well, sterilizing, injecting to the packaging bag, and vacuum packaging.
[09] The individually wrapped lycium anthocyanidin facial mask provided by the present disclosure is specifically prepared by using the following technical steps:
[10] step 1, preparation of the L. ruthenicum anthocyanidin concentrate: adding dried I. ruthenicum fruit to 80% edible alcohol in a solid-liquid ratio of 1:40, extracting twice at 45°C (a first extraction for 3 h and a second extraction for 2 h), collecting and combining extracts, letting stand for 24 h, centrifuging a combined extract to obtain a clear filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate to the weight of raw materials under reduced pressure at 45°C to obtain the L. ruthenicum anthocyanidin concentrate; [HIJ] step 2, mixing the prepared L. ruthenicum anthocyanidin concentrate well with the rest of the raw materials by weight percent to prepare a formulated concentrate with whitening and moisturizing effects, and
[12] step 3, placing the natural silk mask sheet in the packaging bag, stirring the formulated concentrate well, sterilizing, injecting to the packaging bag, and vacuum packaging.
[13] When using the individually wrapped lycium anthocyanidin facial mask, an appropriate amount of mask essence is applied to the face and gently massaged 2-3 min, then the facial mask is applied to the face so that the essence is fully absorbed, and the facial mask is removed after 10- min.
[14] The product has effects of replenishing and moisturizing water, increasing skin elasticity, 15 reducing fine wrinkles, improving uneven skin tone, and is suitable for industrial production, has a wide range of practical and development value in the cosmetics industry.
[15] The Ningxia lycium fruit extract used in the present disclosure has a moisturizing effect.
[16] The pearl hydrolyzate used in the present disclosure has whitening, spot-fading, and skin nourishing and lubricating effects.
[17] The glabridin used in the present disclosure has whitening, melanin-inhibiting, and oxidation resistant effects.
[18] The jojoba oil used in the present disclosure has moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effects.
[19] The nicotinamide used in the present disclosure has functions of reducing melanin formation and whitening skin.
[20] The betaine used in the present disclosure functions as a surfactant.
[21] The sodium hyaluronate used in the present disclosure has a moisturizing effect.
[22] The butanediol used in the present disclosure has a moisturizing effect.
[23] The biosaccharide gum used in the present disclosure has a stabilizing effect.
[24] The sodium carbomer used in the present disclosure has emulsifying and stabilizing effects.
[25] The hydroxyethyl cellulose used in the present disclosure has thickening and water retention effects.
[26] The ethylhexylglycerin used in the present disclosure has moisturizing and moisturizing effects.
[27] The caprylyl glycol used in the present disclosure has a preservative effect.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[32] The followings are preferred embodiments of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the protection scope of the present disclosure thereby.
[33] An individually wrapped lycium anthocyanidin facial mask is provided, wherein the individually wrapped lycium anthocyanidin facial mask comprises a formulated concentrate with whitening and moisturizing effects, which is formulated by using Lycium ruthenicum anthocyanidin concentrate extracted from Lycium ruthenicum as raw material, a natural silk mask sheet and a packaging bag; the facial mask is prepared by placing the natural silk mask sheet in the packaging bag, stirring the formulated concentrate well, sterilizing, injecting to the packaging bag, and vacuum packaging.
