Abstract
A micro clearance eliminating device of a screw rod-and-nut pair comprises a nut shell 1, a screw rod 2, a wedge-shaped block 3, an adjusting screw 4, an internal nut 5, two springs 6, two pin column blocks 7 and an end cover 8; and the adjusting screw 4 is tightened to drive the wedge-shaped block 3 to move radially and unceasingly extrude the spring 6, so that the threads on the internal nut 5 and the threads on the nut shell 1 are respectively abutted against the threads on the screw rod 2, which can achieve the effect of axial clearance elimination. The clearance eliminating device extremely increases the service life of the matching of the screw rod and the nut thread, has simple structure, and is easy to install and convenient to operate, thereby extremely saving the economic costs.
Description
Micro Clearance Eliminating Device of Screw Rod-and-Nut Pair Technical Field The present invention belongs to the field of mechanical transmission and relates to a micro clearance eliminating device of a screw rod-and-nut pair. Background An existing nut mainly has an integral structure and a combined structure. An integral nut is a complete structure and is directly used in combination with a screw rod, but since the threads thereof are easy to wear, the accuracy is reduced when the threads drive directly and reversely, which is frequently used in a transmission mechanism with low accuracy requirement; and the combined nut divides a nut into several parts and can be adjusted internally multiple times, to achieve a purpose that the wear of the threads is eliminated, thereby extremely increasing the accuracy and durability of the transmission of the screw rod-nut, which is frequently used in a bidirectional helical transmission structure. Therefore, in order to guarantee that the reversing rotation of the screw rod has no clearance, the transmission of the combined nut is often adopted, but the existing combined nut is internally complicated, and is not easy to be operated and installed.
Thus, a micro clearance eliminating device of a screw rod-and-nut pair is proposed, and the nut is divided into several parts, and an idle stroke that appears because the screw rod drives directly and reversely in an axial direction can be eliminated by adjusting the screws, and the accurate transmission of the screw rod is achieved.
Summary The present invention has the following technical solution: a micro clearance eliminating device of a screw rod-and-nut pair comprises a nut shell 1, a screw rod 2, a wedge-shaped block 3, an adjusting screw 4, an internal nut 5, two springs 6, two pin column blocks 7 and an end cover 8; an external shape of the nut shell 1 is cylinder, and an internal shape is a structure formed by a square blind hole and a center threaded hole; the internal nut 5 and the wedge-shaped block 3 are installed in the square blind hole of the nut shell 1; the internal nut 5 and wedge-shaped block 3 are contacted through an inclined plane, and rotate coaxially with the nut shell 1; the adjusting screw 4 is connected with the wedge-shaped block 3 through a housing of the nut shell
1; the screw rod 2 passes through threaded holes on the nut shell 1 and the internal nut 5; and the end cover 8 is installed on an end of the square blind hole on the nut shell 1 through a plurality of fixing screws, and the internal nut 5 and the wedge-shaped block 3 are sealed in the square blind hole of the nut shell 1.
The wedge-shaped block 3 is composed of a wedge-shaped surface 3-1, an unthreaded hole 3-2 and an adjusting threaded hole 3-3; the screw rod 2 passes through the unthreaded hole 3-2, and the diameter of the unthreaded hole 3-2 is more than that of the screw rod; and the adjusting screw 4 is in threaded connection with the adjusting threaded hole 3-3, and the adjusting screw 4 drives the wedge-shaped surface 3-1 on the wedge-shaped block 3 to move along an inclined plane 5-3 on the internal nut 5 and unceasingly extrude the threads on the internal nut 5 to be abutted against the threads on the screw rod 2. The internal nut 5 is composed of an internal threaded hole 5-1, two positioning holes 5-2, an inclined plane 5-3 and a square body; the internal threaded hole 5-1 on the internal nut 5 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 2; and the springs 6 are respectively installed on two pin column blocks 7, and the two pin column blocks 7 are respectively installed in two positioning holes 5-2. The nut shell 1 is composed of a square blind hole 1-1, a center threaded hole 1-2, four countersink slot holes 1-3 and an adjusting hole 1-4; the internal nut 5 and the wedge- shaped block 3 are installed in the square blind hole 1-1 of the nut shell 1, and must not be rotated; and the end cover 8 is installed on the corresponding four countersink slot holes 1-3 on the nut shell 1 through a plurality of fixing screws. A clearance eliminating method for micro clearance eliminating device of a screw rod-and-nut pair is that tightening the adjusting screw 4 to drive the right side of the wedge-shaped block 3 to extrude the internal nut 5, to cause the right side of threads on the internal nut 5 to be abutted against the left side of threads of the screw rod 2; and extruding the nut shell 1 through a left side of the wedge-shaped block 3, to cause the left side of threads of the nut shell 1 to be abutted against the right side of threads of the screw rod 2, so that an idle stroke that appears because the screw rod 2 drives directly and reversely can be eliminated. The micro clearance eliminating device of a screw rod-and-nut pair has the following beneficial effects: A complete nut is divided into three parts, the wedge-shaped block is adopted as an intermediate transmission part, at the same time, the spring is adopted to increase an activity adjustment space for the wedge-shaped block, and another nut is fixed to provide extrusion power. The axial clearance generated due to the wear of the screw rod and the nut can be eliminated by adjusting the screws; and the structure is simple, the installation is easy and the operation is convenient, and the elimination can be achieved by adjusting the screws many times, thereby extremely saving the economic costs.

Detailed Description The implementation process of the present invention will be described below in details in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Fig. 1, a micro clearance eliminating device of a screw rod-and-nut pair comprises a nut shell 1, a screw rod 2, a wedge-shaped block 3, an adjusting screw 4, an internal nut 5, two springs 6, two pin column blocks 7 and an end cover 8; and the adjusting screw 4 is tightened to drive the wedge-shaped block 3 to move radially and unceasingly extrude the spring 6, so that the threads on the internal nut 5 and the threads on the nut shell 1 are respectively abutted against the threads on the screw rod 2, which can achieve the effect of axial clearance elimination.
As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the wedge-shaped block 3 is composed of a wedge- shaped surface 3-1, an unthreaded hole 3-2 and an adjusting threaded hole 3-3; the screw rod 2 passes through the unthreaded hole 3-2, and the diameter of the unthreaded hole 3-2 is more than that of the screw rod; and the adjusting screw 4 is connected with the adjusting threaded hole 3-3 to drive the wedge-shaped block 3 to extrude the internal nut 5, so that the threads on the nut shell 1 and the threads on the internal nut 5 are respectively abutted against both sides of the threads on the screw rod 2; the internal nut 5 is composed of an internal threaded hole 5-1, two positioning holes 5-2, an inclined plane 5-3 and a square body; the internal threaded hole 5-1 on the internal nut 5 is in threaded connection with the screw rod 2; and the springs 6 are respectively installed on two pin column blocks 7, and the two pin column blocks 7 are respectively installed in two positioning holes 5-2.
As shown in Fig. 4, the nut shell 1 is composed of a square blind hole 1-1, a center threaded hole 1-2, four countersink slot holes 1-3 and an adjusting hole 1-4; the wedge- shaped block 3 is installed in the square blind hole 1-1 of the nut shell 1, and is in threaded connection with the adjusting screw 4; and the end cover 8 is installed on the corresponding four countersink slot holes 1-3 on the nut shell 1 through a plurality of fixing screws, and is used for sealing the nut shell 1 and providing extrusion pressure for the spring 6. The present invention has the working process that: The adjusting screw 4 is tightened to make the wedge-shaped surface 3-1 on the wedge-shaped block 5 and the inclined plane 5-3 on the internal nut 5 mutually extrude, and the threads on the internal nut 5 are unceasingly driven to be abutted against the threads on the screw rod 2, so that the both sides of the threads of the screw rod 2 are respectively mutually abutted against the threads of the nut shell 1 and the internal nut 2, thereby finally achieving the elimination of the axial clearance that appears because the screw rod 2 rotates directly and reversely.
The present invention has the operating principle that: in a micro clearance eliminating device of a screw rod-and-nut pair, the wedge- shaped 3 is adopted as a core component of an extruding movement process, the adjusting screw 4 drives the wedge-shaped block to unceasingly extrude the spring 6, to make the internal nut 5 unceasingly move in an axial direction and extrude the threads until the axial clearance of the threads is eliminated; and by repeatedly adjusting the adjusting screw 4, the wear of the threads appeared in a transmission process of the screw rod and nut can be made up, thereby extremely increasing the service life of the matching of the screw rod and the nut thread.
