Abstract
백래시(Backlash; 뒤틈; 유격)의 사전적인 의미는 한 쌍의 기어 및 나사( 스크류 )를 맞물렸을 때 치면 사이에 생기는 틈새이다. 즉, 한쌍의 나사가 결합(치합)될 때 한쪽이 맞닿은 다음 나산과 나사산사이의 간격이다. 결국 나사산과 나사산간의 틈 쉽게 말해 유격(裕隔)을 말하는 것이다.
어떤 기계장치든 사용함에 따라 마모가 발생하면 백래시가 커져서 기계의 정밀도가 저하되고 백래시가 과도하면 기계를 더 이상 사용할 수 없는 상태가 되어 폐기처분하는 경우가 발생한다.
본 리드스크류용 저유격 장치는 공작기계 등에 사용되는 사다리꼴나사의 마모에 따른 백래시 발생을 최소화함으로써 보다 정밀하게 장치를 이송할 수 있다.
원리는 보스(암나사)를 나누어 보스 가이드를 통하여 이동할 수 있게 함으로써 마모가 발생하여 리드스크류(수나사)(1)와 보스(암나사)(2)의 나사산 간격이 커지면 즉 백래시가 커지면 유격조정스프링(3)과 유격조정볼트(4)에 의하여 밀착시켜 줌으로써 이송의 진행방향에 관계없이 백래시를 최소화할 수 있다.Backlash dictionary meanings of (Backlash;; dwiteum gap) is a gap formed between the teeth when bitten fit the gear and the screw (screws) of a pair.
