Abstract

Verschaft is een meetsysteem voor geautomatiseerd bepalen enlof bewaken van de kwaliteit van een zuivelproduct. Het systeem omvat een behuizing voor een houder met het zuivelproduct, een viscositeitsmeetinrichting, en een besturing. De viscositeitsmeetinrichting omvat een magneetlichaam, een elektromagnetische aandrijving, en een detectiesysteem voor detecteren van verplaatsing van het lichaam, met in het bijzonder Hall-sensoren. De aandrijving omvat meerdere, afzonderlijk aanstuurbare spoelen in een stapel. De besturing is ingericht voor afzonderlijk aansturen van de spoelen in een vooraf bepaald patroon, zodanig dat het lichaam in de ruimte van de houder wordt verplaatst. Daardoor is het magneetlichaam enerzijds ook in visceuze vloeistoffen goed naar boven te trekken, maar ook desgewenst gecontroleerd naar beneden te trekken, zodat de viscositeit beter kan worden gemeten.
