Description
COMBINATION STRUCTURE OF FENDER AND BRACKET
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention
The invention relates to a combination structure of fender and bracket and, more particularly, to the structure that the fender and the bracket may be assembled directly without using tools. By the present invention, the purpose of quickly and directly completing the assembly of fender and bracket without using tools and being fastened by other fittings may be achieved. 2. Description of Related Art
There are many kinds of combination types of fenders, such as a inner-covered type of the combination structure of a fender 111 and a bracket 112 shown in FIG. 1, the fender 111 is covered outside of the bracket 112, and the fastening of a bolt 113 and a nut 114 is used to complete the assembly; and an outer-covered type of a fender 121 and a bracket 122 is shown in FIG. 2, the bracket 122 is set outside of the fender 121, the bracket 122 is fastened into a fixing piece through two bolts 124, to fix the fender 121 to thereby complete the assembly; other more accurate combination structures, such as an adjustable inner-covered type of the combination of a fender 131 and a bracket 133 shown in FIG. 3, wherein the fender 131 is attached to a connection piece 132, the bracket 133 is fastened by a retainer 134 and a nut 135 respectively set on two sides of the connection piece 132, to thereby achieve the combination of the fender 131 and the bracket 133.
The above combination types offenders have the following drawbacks either in manufacture or assembly: 1. It is inconvenient for users that they may use tools to complete the combination when assembling or exchanging the fenders. 2. The connection of all kinds of fittings, such as connection pieces, retainers, nuts, fixing pieces, is needed for the combination of fender and bracket. Except for using tools and machines, the cost is high due to a plenty of fittings used, and the product competitiveness may be affected. 3. As above, there are a plenty of fittings in the conventional structure, and the working hours needed for assembling is long, thus it is complicated and inconvenient in assembly.
SUMARRY OF THE INVENTION
To achieve the object according to the invention, a combination structure of fender and bracket of the present invention, which includes a fender, a left bracket and a right bracket, the top of the left bracket and the right bracket may be directly attached to the fender without using tools, wherein: the fender, a left fastening hole and a right fastening hole are set on a side of its plate body; the left bracket, a supporting part and an anti-separation part are set on it top, the supporting part is set through the left fastening hole of the fender and is used to support the plate body of the fender, and the supporting part is extendedly connected to the anti-separation part that the anti-separation part is attached against the outer surface of the fender for avoiding the fender escaping from the left bracket; the right bracket, which is corresponded to the left bracket, a supporting part and an anti-separation part are set on the top of the right bracket, the supporting part is set through the right fastening hole of the fender and is used to support the plate body of the fender, and the supporting part is extendedly connected to the anti-separation part that the anti-separation part is attached against the outer surface of the fender for avoiding the fender escaping from the right bracket.
The above left bracket, a connection part is set on its bottom, and the connection part is used to connect a vehicle body.
The above right bracket, a connection part is set on its bottom, and the connection part is used to connect a vehicle body.
The above left bracket, the supporting part is constituted of a horizontal section with a vertical section extended upwards from it, the horizontal section is provided for a left side of the fender to lean on and be supported by, and the vertical section is provided to be clipped into the left fastening hole.
The above right bracket, the supporting part is constituted of a horizontal section with a vertical section extended upwards from it, the horizontal section is provided for a right side of the fender to lean on and be supported by, and the vertical section is provided to be clipped into the right fastening hole.
The above left bracket, a jacket is sleeved on its anti-separation part.
The above right bracket, a jacket is sleeved on its anti-separation part.
The above left fastening hole is an elliptical hole, and the width of the edge of the left fastening hole on the inner side is larger than the width of the edge of it on the outer side.
The above right fastening hole is an elliptical hole, and the width of the edge of the right fastening hole on the inner side is larger than the width of the edge of it on the outer side.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Please refer to FIGs. 4 to 8, a combination structure of fender and bracket of present invention, which includes a fender 2, a left bracket 3 and a right bracket 4, the top of the left bracket 3 and the right bracket 4 may be directly attached to the fender 2 without using tools, wherein: the fender 2, which is a plate body 20, a left fastening hole 21 and a right fastening hole 22 are set on its one side; the left bracket 3, a connection part 31 is set on its bottom, the connection part 31 is provided for the left bracket 3 to be connected to a vehicle body (this part is prior, not shown in figure), a supporting part 32 and an antiseparation part 33 are set on the top of the left bracket 3, the supporting part 32 is set through the left fastening hole 21 of the fender 2 and is used to support the plate body 20 of the fender 2, and the end of the supporting part 32 is extendedly connected to the anti-separation part 33 that the anti-separation part 33 is passed through the left fastening hole 21 and longitudinally attached against the outer surface 201 of the fender 2 for avoiding the fender 2 escaping from the left bracket 3; the right bracket 4, which is corresponded to the left bracket 3, a connection part 41 is set on its bottom, the connection part 41 is provided for the right bracket 4 to be connected to a vehicle body (this part is prior, not shown in figure), a supporting part 42 and an anti-separation part 43 are set on the top of the right bracket 4, the supporting part 42 is set through the right fastening hole 22 of the fender 2 and is used to support the plate body 20 of the fender 2, and the end of the supporting part 42 is extendedly connected to the anti-separation part 43 that the anti-separation part 43 is passed through the right fastening hole 22 and longitudinally attached against the outer surface 201 of the fender 2 for avoiding the fender 2 escaping from the right bracket 4.
The above left bracket 3, the supporting part 32 is constituted of a horizontal section 321 with a vertical section 322 extended upwards from it, the horizontal section 321 is provided for a left side 23 of the fender 2 to lean on and be supported by, and the vertical section 322 is provided to be clipped into the left fastening hole 21.
The above right bracket 4, the supporting part 42 is constituted of a horizontal section 421 with a vertical section 422 extended upwards from it, the horizontal section 421 is provided for a right side 24 of the fender 2 to lean on and be supported by, and the vertical section 422 is provided to be clipped into the right fastening hole 22.
The above left bracket 3, a jacket 34 is sleeved on its anti-separation part 33.
The above right bracket 4, a jacket 44 is sleeved on its anti-separation part 43.
The above left fastening hole 21 is an elliptical hole, and the width of the edge 211 of the left fastening hole on the inner side is larger than the width of the edge 212 of it on the outer side.
The above right fastening hole 22 is an elliptical hole, and the width of the edge 221 of the right fastening hole 22 on the inner side is larger than the width of the edge 222 of it on the outer side.
By the composition of the above elements, the fender 2, the left bracket 3 and the right bracket 4 may be attached without using any tool. Namely, when assembling the fender 2, first, hooking the anti-separation parts 33, 43 of the left bracket 3 and the right bracket 4 into the left fastening hole 21 and the right fastening hole 22 from the inner side 202 of the fender 2 respectively, and then turning the anti-separation parts 33, 43 to pass through the left fastening hole 21 and the right fastening hole 22 respectively, to let the anti-separation parts 33, 43 are vertical to the left fastening hole 21 and the right fastening hole 22, and the jackets 34, 44 are respectively sleeved on the anti-separation parts 33, 43, so that the effect that the anti-separation parts 33, 43 longitudinally attached against the outer surface 201 of the fender 2 may be improved, to thereby avoid the fender 2 escaping from the left bracket 3 and the right bracket 4.
Besides, the vertical sections 322, 422 of the supporting parts 32, 42 of the left bracket 3 and the right bracket 4 are respectively clipped into the edges 212, 222 on the outer side of the left fastening hole 21 and the right fastening hole 22. It is mainly because that the width of the edges 211, 221 of the left fastening hole 21 and the right fastening hole 22 on the inner side is larger than the width of the edge 212, 222 of it on the outer side. Such design may easily let the vertical sections 322, 422 be pushed to the location of the edges 212, 222 on the outer side to achieve the clipping effect after the supporting parts 32, 42 being passed through the left fastening hole 21 and the right fastening hole 22. In addition, since the material of the left bracket 3 and the right bracket 4 has moderate elastic force, the vertical sections 322, 422 may normally stay stretched out after combination to be located in the location of the edges 212, 222 on the outer side of the left fastening hole 21 and the right fastening hole. The horizontal sections 321, 421 of the supporting parts 32, 42 of the left bracket 3 and the right bracket 4 are respectively provided for the left side 23 and the right side 24 to lean on it and to support the weight of the plate body 20 of the fender 2. And the connection parts 31, 41 of the left bracket 3 and the right bracket 4 are respectively connected to the vehicle body of the bicycle, this part of the structure is prior art (not shown in figure) and not repeat here.
