DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Please refer to FIGs. 4 to 9, the attachment structure of fender and bracket of the present invention includes a fender 2, two brackets 3 and two attachment seats 4, the brackets 3 and the fender 2 may be attached directly through the connection of the attachment seats 4 without using tools, wherein: the fender 2, which is a plate; the brackets 3, which are rods, a connection part 31 is set in a lower end of each bracket 3 for connecting to a vehicle body (this part is prior art, not shown); the attachment seat 4, engaging holes 42 set in its seat body 41 is provided for inserting the top of the brackets 3, an outer buckle part 43 and an inner buckle part 44 are extended upwards from the seat body 41, the outer buckle part 43 is used to buckle into the fastening hole 21 of the fender 2, a clip groove 45 concavely set between the outer buckle part 43 and the inner buckle part 44 is used to clip and contain the side edge 22 of the fender 2.
The above fender 2, two fastening holes 21 are correspondingly set on its side.
The above fender 2, a first snap 221 is set on its side edge 22.
The above brackets 3, a ball head 32 is set on the top of each bracket 3, and the diameter of the ball head 32 is slightly larger than the width of the rod body of the bracket 3.
The above outer buckle part 43, wherein a second snap 431 is set on its inner side.
The above inner buckle part 44, a third snap 441 is set on it.
The above attachment seat 4, a fastening flange 421 is set inside each engaging hole 42.
The above attachment seat 4, the hole bottom 422 of the engaging hole 42 is ball-head-shaped, and the diameter of the hole bottom 422 is slightly larger than the hole diameter of the front section of the engaging hole 42.
The above attachment seat 4, a lateral notch 423 is set on the seat body 41, and the lateral notch 423 is communicated with the engaging hole 42.
By the composition of the above elements, the fender 2 and the brackets 3 may be attached without using any tool. Namely, when assembling the fender 2, the top of the brackets 3 is first inserted into the engaging holes 42 of the attachment seat 4. The engaging hole 42 has moderate tensile elasticity due to the lateral notch 423 set on it, thus, when the top of the bracket is inserted, though the diameter of the ball head 32 is slightly larger than the hole diameter of the front section of the engaging hole 42, it may be engaged into the ball-head-shaped hole bottom 422 of the engaging hole 42 and fastened by the fastening flange 421. And then, the side edge 22 of the fender 2 is wedged into the clip groove 45 of the attachment seat 4, and the second snap 431 of the outer buckle part 43 is buckled into the fastening hole 21 of the fender 2 to form a first fastening. The third snap 441 of the inner buckle part 44 and the first snap 221 of the fender 2 are buckled together to form a second fastening. During the buckling process, since the material of the fender 2 is flexible that may be moderate deformation to beneficiate the connection with the attachment seat 4, tool is not used during the attachment process completely, and other fittings are not needed for fastening. For the connection between the connection part 31 of the bracket 3 and the bicycle body, the structure of this part is prior art (not shown in figure), not repeat here.
The above fender 2, if under the situation of no fastening holes 21, the clip groove 45 between the outer buckle part 43 and the inner buckle part 44 of the attachment seat 4 may also be provided to contain the side edge 22 of the fender 2 to complete the attachment. Due to the design of the clip groove 45, the outer buckle part 43 has moderate elasticity to hold the side edge 22 of the fender 2, and to support and attach the fender 2 similarly.
As shown in FIG. 9, an action schematic diagram of folding the bracket 3 of the present invention. After the attachment of the fender 2 and the brackets 3 is completed, if it is not set in the vehicle body, such as being packed or stored up, the bracket 3 may be folded outwards along the lateral notch 423, and the ball head 32 of the bracket 3 is engaged into the ball-head-shaped hole bottom 422 of the engaging hole 42 of the attachment seat 4 during the folding operation, thus, the turning operation similar to an universal joint may be performed that the bracket 3 may be folded outwards smoothly.
